Been here a few times since it first opened and it has deteriorated since my first visit. Unfortunately there is no private check-in if you've paid for upgraded rooms like it used to be and no welcome drink or snack either. Walls and decorations now appear to be damaged and not repaired. The shops have changed and are no longer at the exclusive end of the market. Good selection of restaurants hotel is out of the way of everything which depending on what you want either good or bad. There is a free shuttle bus to take you around the other hotels and the water park and finally stops at the mall. It runs at regular intervals on a first come basis.
