I was contacted by the dealership regarding a recall, and told them I can only drop off the car if a loaner is provided. I was assured it would be available. Confirmed again on day of appointment. Worked my whole day around the appointment. When I showed up, I was told we don't give loaner cars for recalls. They wouldn't own up to the fact that they confirmed loan car twice. When the left hand doesn't know what the right hand issued doing, stay away...
