Previous to today's visit I loved the Joyce Honda ...

Previous to today's visit I loved the Joyce Honda servicing department. Out of all the honda serving places I have ever been to I was beyond blown away by the customer sevice when I first went here. The staff was always friendly, warm, happy, attentive to my cars needs and remembered me as a regular customer. This is what lead me to continued to go here. I enjoyed the experience so much I would bring my personal car as well as my business car and would seriously recommend this place to anyone. However, this visit changed everything. When I arrived and pulled my car into the garage there was an agent yelling across the garage "another one" at the top of his lungs. He did this each time a new car came into the garage and at the time it was a car before mine and one after. He did not stop yelling "another one" until someone came to do the initial write ups. Granted its a holiday and fairly busy and we all know no one wants to work on a holiday but I was just so confused at why he was yelling and acting this way. When the first agent came over to takes the initial write up, he asked what I was here for I told him a regular oil change and then said I was having an issue with my key hole on the driver door. I asked if this could be checked maybe there was a block or it just needed lubricant and before I could finish even explaining the issue he grumpily replied "I can not check this today at this time." He notified the guy at the front desk of the same thing that I would need to come back.
After my regular oil change the front desk agent told me the technician that worked on my car recognized and recommended three issues. However, at billing I didn't even get the work up for said items nor did I get paperwork on my regular multipoint inspection that is routine with any visit. When I was at billing I had asked if anything had changed because I didn't recognize anyone in the garage. They informed me the entire staff working this night was all new. The whole vibe of the servicing department was off not warm or friendly and I left confused and disappointed. The whole experience felt rushed and I hope the work done on my car as well as others does not reflect this. I'm hoping this was just a fluke given all the circumstances but, I'm worried the low integrity of this servicing team is going to bring loyal customers, like myself, away from going back to Joyce Honda.
