Terrible customer service. We had a salesman named Anthony who needs a refresher course on how to treat customers with respect. My husband was trying out a power recliner and couldn't get the head to tilt, this guy just stands there! Didn't offer any help or suggestions, I had to get up and show my husband where the buttons were. That was his job! His whole attitude stunk! His choice of words were far from earning custom of the month or day. It left a bad taste in my mouth. We reported him to a manager who said he was going to speak to him. Liked a couple of sets but we're going somewhere where customers are treated with respect. Ruined our first experience with Jordan's.
