I typically have had great experiences with Jordans; however I purchased a sofa recliner a little over a year ago; and had to call in for a service with months of getting the furniture into our home. The service people were very nice and helpful; but the issue came back just a couple of months of it being fixed. We tried to just deal with the issue for a while since we were planning our wedding etc. Now when we called the women on the phone was in between rude and helpful. She said that Jordans was not responsible for work over 1 year (even though we have the extended warranty); but would send somone out to take a look at it. I did not appreciate being challenged by an employee, nor was the tone taken appreciated either. I will follow up after the service is completed. Why is a pre-exisiting issue not still cobered...since it was not corrected properly in the 1st place???
