I recently purchased and had furniture delivered from Jordan's furniture. My experience in the store was wonderful and the scheduling and delivery process was even more amazing. It's so refreshing and impressive to see a large company still have a family touch to ensure great customer service and ensure things go smoothly! I totally appreciated all of the email and phone call reminders giving me every opportunity to cancel and/or reschedule my delivery. Through thorough correspondence my furniture was delivered seamlessly and on time. The two delivery gentlemen were also quick, efficient, careful and professional. This experience came after a week of very bad customer service with some other vendors. The only thing that will make this experience better is if the Red Sox pitch a no-hitter!!!!!! BELIEVE! GO SOX! Thank you Jordan's!
