The arena is very nice. Well built and organized, low energy use, easy to navigate, and clean. Sound system is nice and staff seemed happy and friendly. The surrounding shops are all brand new and there's some uniquely Sacramento venues there. The one thing that is worth mentioning, not even complaining about, is the seating is pretty tight. Not really a problem for someone like myself who is 5'8" but I could see a taller person being uncomfortable for sure.

Traffic congestion due to lack of planning for TSO Concert !!

They always have to best service. Super expensive, try to eat a meal before arriving.

Excellent public transportation location, good place for events. Upper level seating is very steep and narrow, would not reccomend upper level seating. Lower level seating is excellent

First time there. The parking was not as bad as I was told it would be.

An amazing facility. Takes on a completely different feel for basketball games as opposed to concerts. The courtesy of the ushers and staff really stands out. If only the team were a little better...

An absolutely amazing addition, and face lift to the downtown Sacramento area. I am so happy for what this beautiful place has done for this city.

Great place! Seats a bit tight, food a bit expensive for the games.

Its a really nice stadium and pei pool le standing in front of you do not b lol lock your view bnb ot the downfall to that which could be taken literally is that the stairs are very steep and seating is really narrow for others to pass by granted I was sitting at the to top row where I could touch the ceiling. We had 2 drinks which cost us $66. Besides these I really enjoyed the arena.

Both the interior and the exterior of this place looks beautiful. The food and drink prices are high but that is to expected at an arena. The seats are not uncomfortable though.

Always enjoy every event at the new arena. Try Foundation across the street for a great meal too!

Was not impressed with seating..Too close together, had to get out of seats for people to get in and out and constantly being kicked in the back from the people behind us. Thought there would be more room. Very expensive for food and beverages.

Parking was hell. Getting In and out of the garage was torturous. The mall leading up to the arena was amazing, and the arena itself was incredible. Food and drink unfortunately were very expensive.

Yes big hoohaa went to the rodeo everyone there was friendly and down to earth hard working people like me. Definitley visiting again was a blast.

The Stadium saved downtown and Sacramento. Every big performer wants to have their shows here

We had suite for our team. I was so excited. But then it turned into serious disappointment when there was no sound where we were. We told staff and everyone said we know. Well, fix it!!
We missed a whole evening of fun!!!!

I went to the Pro Bull Riding event and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and inviting. Entering the arena was fast and easy and the security staff was polite and efficient. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

All seat are a good view but are way to small and NO leg room

Great Arena - Bruno Mars was more than AWESOME!!!!!

Witnessed a woman being assaulted, intervened and was "detained" by security until they realized they were dealing with someone who knows her rights. Please steer clear of this venue.

Terrible!! Went to see a concert last night and the upper monitors and speakers were not working at all from beginning to end. In other words, I was unable to see or hear anything from my upper level seat. You would think that once Golden One became aware of the issue, they would have done OR said something about it, but no, it was swept under the rug as if there was no problem while paying fans had to endure the show as is. I would give this place no stars if I could. Needless to say, I ended up leaving early. Such a disappointment.

Whether for a concert or the rodeo, this is a very impressive arena! It has many new shops and stores and restaurants popping up around it, which makes it fun to go to before and event. Inside, the toilets are very clean and updated and there are also restaurants. The higher your seating is, the more likely you are to get vertigo, so if this is a problem for you try to get seats closer to the bottom. I ve sat at both the high and low and definitely feel more comfortable towards the bottom. I think they were trying to fit more chairs in, So they made them really steep. One of the biggest downsides, though, is the lack of parking in the area. And any parking there is around, is super expensive.

I love it I recommend it for everybody good concert

The show was good but I hate how we paid 200$ pluse for are seats and we were arm to arm butt to butt no were to move to get cunffy I think we should of had more room to move around.

I was not seated comfortably and first and foremost handicap parking and entrance were all but non existence. I will never go their again.

Cool new place. Of course way expensive, but what do you expect from a venue like this. King's game was fun to watch here and comfortable.

Great venue although the upper seats are tight. I thought traffic would be a nightmare but it's not bad at all. Screens and food are everywhere and top notch.

My first time there, I went to my granddaughter's graduation. The place was really nice!

Downtown Sacramento is a lot more pedestrian friendly than it used to be. It's pedestrian-only now all the way from the Convention Center through the K Street Mall to the new Downtown Commons including Golden 1 Center and then through the rejuvenated shopping mall and then into Old Town Sacramento. I think I was last here in 2011 when my kid was still in high school.

Leg room poor if your 6 ft tall everything else great

I didn't like the narrowness and steepness of the seats and aisles. The sound was too loud and acoustics were such that I couldn't hear the words of James Taylor clearly. The music was so much louder than the words it was difficult to discern.

It was my first time ever there... it was exciting new and cool... I really enjoyed spending time there...

The place is huge and is very hard for disable to get around but they have awesome wheelchair drivers who take you around

No feet room or standing room at seats! Very easy to tumble and fall WAY down if a bit tipsy!!

Not a fan.
Too steep.
No Cup Holders.
Very narrow aisles and cramped seating.
Whole point is if people are paying for over priced beer,tickets,parking, and anything else make it comfortable.

Much too small for a Monster Truck Show, probably great for a concert. Arco was much larger.

My son went there for a wrestling event. People are very helpful. He goes in & buys his souvenirs then asks one of the employees to show him to his seat. He is autistic & would never find his seat by himself.

They're still trying to figure out the configuration of how to serve food and how people line up. Other than that, a shiny new arena.
