Great atmosphere.

Nice arena with easy visibility for sections. Ushers and management were very open to help and willing to assist.

Wish we could come back to Arco Arena. Parking is crazy!!!!

Nice almost new arena. This place is really cool to look at and the lower deck seats have a good view. The upper deck looks creepy steep and really far away from the stage, but I didn't get up there during the visit. Beer prices are crazy high but the selection is good. Parking near by seems to be a problem if there is more than 1 event in town. Enjoy!

Great facility, modern and spacious. Great staff as well, keeping the main hall always clean. In the center of downtown, right next to the freeway I-5, it is a great location.

Great arena for concerts! I just wish the downtown area around it was in better condition. We love that we can get covered parking right across the street for concerts. Super convenient and they have security.

Best venue I have ever been to! So convenient! Stay at the Kimpton inn if you get the chance. You literally walk out of the back of the hotel and into the Golden 1. It was super easy getting in line for our shirts and every row seemed to have a food and drink booth. Bathrooms were clean and they had plenty available so you dont wait forever to get back to the show! We were in row 108 GG 1 & 2. Perfect seats for us!

Hadn't set foot in this place until Sac state had grad ceremonies there this may 2019. Very nice. Very spacious. Ppl working there directing us were polite

Super fancy. Great food, and not to expensive, but it is a stadium so it's not cheap rather. Very little leg room in the stands.

Stellar performance by Andrea Bocelli. An excellent venue to see a concert. Staff were helpful and professional. The concessions were way overpriced

Seating is small. Food is over priced. Bathrooms need more TP

Don't think this new place has great acoustics! But, my God! There are a lot of baby boomersin Sac that like to party!!

The seating is REALLY freaky! Very steep. I couldn't sit in my own seats and in the standing space I found that wasn't steep, I was worried about others falling because of the short barriers on the balconies.

Had a great experience here today!! Such an open an quick access arena, took like no time to get in. Everything is stellar and looks great!

Nice venue but the seating is a little cramping. No leg room. Less elbow room! Go Kings !!

We never went in we just walked around the outside but it's beautiful

Alchohol is way expensive, nose bleeds are kinda cluttered made my wife feel dizzy, other than that nice place

0 Stars. NOT WATER, are you serious? I understand no food but water?! I was with my 3 years old baby girl, what if she want to drink water? I have to buy the same bottle for 8$?
I had a gimbal in my backpack, they said I can't go in with this (no selfie stick's). Some time the rules are ok but like this NO.

I ve been attending since the first kings game against the Spurs and have always felt very safe and well taken care of. The workers with the checkered shirts are amazing. So friendly and genuinely look like they enjoy their job and want to help you. Love bringing my family here!

Sucks for the working class. $10.00 for a coke? $15.00 for a hot dog. A little bag of cotton candy $7.00. Uber pick up location is 3 blocks away (I need to lose 10 pounds anyway so whatever) but it's a dark trek with a bunch of kids.

Security threw away the snacks we brought. We have special dietary needs. Dried fruit, juice, water, nuts, berries...all in the trash.

It's disheartening when everyone is eating around them and your wondering if you can finance two burritos and a water for $40.00.

I realize food sales are important to revenue. It would make the facility somewhat "trashy" if folks busted out buckets of fried chicken. Then the cleanup costs (trash and spills) would be an additional cost to the arena. But throwing away fruits and veggies...

We can't step outside for fresh air. Once we leave, we can't go back in. Sometimes all the excitement can be somewhat overwhelming and theres no place to go to "take a break." I guess, we could hangout in a restroom stall but that's kinda gross.

All in all, we do have a good time while we're there; however, it's going to be a while before we go back.

Great venue. Make sure to get floor seats for concerts. You have your own bars and bathrooms.

Really good venue for concerts, clean, and easy to navigate. Many places immediately adjacent to eat, get snacks or drinks of any kind. PRO TIP: extra-venue restrooms are up the escalator on the right, between AT&T and Panda Express.

Watching the Sacramento Kings, (NBA Basketball) play the New Orleans Pelicans. Party-like atmosphere inside the Golden One Center, complete with DJ, dancers, prizes, etc.

Staff was amazing! Facilties are top notch and comfortable!

No smoking area and no in and out privileges. Definitely should rethink their strategy. Won't be back till this is corrected.

Always a great time at a Kings game! Beautiful arena, friendly and helpful staff, and probably some of the best arena food you'll have, although a bit on the pricier side. The seats are a bit tight with hardly any leg room if you're tall like me. Overall, I love it and I can't wait for the next game!

Had a great time here watching a kings game. All the staff very friendly from the ticket scanners to the ushers. I parked art the Old Sac garage and had an easy 8 minute walk back and forth. No problems with traffic even on a rainy night. Prepay for your parking makes it a breeze.

Was clean, easy to get out when event was over. Liked architecture of building, lots of places to eat and get drinks from. Over priced beer and water. Seats were way too close to seats in front of them. Very difficult to get out of seat and walk to isle. I am 5'-10" and my knees were touching seat in front of me, had to sit twisted during whole event. Got kicked several times from people behind me, they had same problem. Don't think will be coming back.

This is an absolutely gorgeous building. I'm watching the California Classic Basketball tournament from an unobstructed view in the cheap seats.
There are a lot of good and varied food options.

I don't like how it's so hard to get a lyft ride out of there because they block off all the streets.

Sound and seating is great. Food is good. 5 bucks for water is terrible and concession are is plain white and underwhealming. They have local food so why not local artist jazz it up with some murals

Very clean facility, and the staff is always helpful! Easy and enjoyable place to see events!

Fun Venue and great staff. I'm giving 3 stars because I purchased a loft suite for the UFC fights, which had comfortable seats and views, but I was under the assumption that the TV in the room would allow us to hear commentary and views not seen by general admission. The lights and TV in the room, we were told, needed to remain off.

Only been once but hopefully will go several more times it's a beautiful place in a beautiful city .we deserve it all we went through to finally see the results is Fabulous GO KINGS!

Many people to answer questions and be helpful. Greeters outside for the game. Great experience, that place totally kicks butt. The music during the game was great.

Thank you to all the staff, you all give that cold building the life it needs. They couldn't do it without you.

Me and my children and I we had a blast the silent music thing with the headphones that's awesome and other than awesome thing to do a little time to get away and enjoy some music time late night I just you and the kids that's an awesome thing to do and it was just fun because everybody's listen to something different I can't wait to come back again my son told me says mom look try and I'm like now and that's why I got into it I was like this is really cool you get to just your free yourself and just have fun close your eyes and just in touching yourself just having the ball and I enjoyed it with my kids so thank you for having this event there and we will be back soon

Love the new arena. Can't wait for all the construction around it to be completed. Thought it was very interesting that they had "charging stations" all over the place, so people can charge their phones. Pretty handy.

Beautiful new arena. Friendly staff. Great food. Fun vibe for families-- of course, we were there on a night The Kings won. We will definitely go again.
