Ghetto experience just like the commercials. I should have paid closer attention. Seem to deal in volume of cases vs. quality of care. Red flag#1: They referred me to a bootleg chiropractor instead of a physical therapist.
Red flag #2: Receptionist was extremely arrogant, ghetto and disrespectful.
Red flag #3: Settlement was so low, for a serious injury, I suspect they work in cahoots with the insurance companies!
