I had a accident February 21. I talk to John foy office on the 23-25. I thought I had a great team. The first problem I had was looking over the contract, it was wrong. The contract was for 38%. So I called and the lady told me that she didn t know what I was talking about. Then they sent me another contract to sign and I did.

The next issue was when I called I got them (the team I had) sometimes. When we did communicate it was never nothin happening with my case it was always were waiting.

This was the last straw I called to talk with them about how much money I ll get back. Lol wow.
Pattie Kim was the attorney she told me the state minimum was 25,000 and That s what I was getting. A total of 50,000.00 my medical bills is over 500,000.00. Yes over five hundred thousand dollars. What can I do with 50,000.00. I called another attorney who told me he would take 25% and I said your hired lol. I fired John foy that same day.

They maybe great people but you need to put the people you represent first. I didn t feel that way.
