Great lunch

I went with my brother and a friend to this Joeys for my friends birthday. I have been to many other Joeys before and never have I had had such a horrible service.
The service there was horrible and my brother went to complain to the manager. It also took 30 minutes to get water to go with are drinks.
The manager was not helpful at all even though we spent $500 and tipped huge.
The manager Nelly was very unpleasant, rude not helpful. When we ordered The hummus we only received only 4 pieces of flatbread. When we asked for more flatbread the server went to ask the cook who gave us a dirty look and said no.
We then paid the bill and left the restaurant.
After 2 minutes of driving the police came and pulled our car over.
Turns out the manager at Joeys called the police and we were pulled over because the manager told them we were driving under the influence.
My brother who was the driver blowed and was under the limit.
I will never go to this Joeys again. Watch out they may call cops on you.
Might I add we were the only black people in the whole restaurant.
Maybe the staff and the manager need to Be trained better.

Had a great time here. Servers were friendly. I walked in around 11pm and a 6oz wine only $6. Vibes are great here too

Food was excellent and they had a local craft brewer on the premises who was giving out samples and explaining about the feature beer; thought that was nice. Always have a great time at Joey's, this was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint.

Had the chicken parm. . Amazing choice! A must try! Of course your many screens for sports entertainment. Great atmosphere and great selection of drinks and additional bar fare.

Loved the customer service experience and food is great as usual. Took my nine months old daughter for lunch the servers would come and say hi. I lived that they had the highchairs that attached to the table. Also a quiet area for families esp. with young children and babies.

The food here is very good. But it is definitely $$$.

Went for lunch on a Saturday and the food was really good. We ordered the ravioli, salmon, chicken parmesan, burger and roast beef sandwich dishes and everything was very tasty. Would definitely go back for the ravioli.

Loved this location , the steak here was really good.

Service is amazing! The dishes came with two small plates since we answered yes as our beautiful waitress asked us if we wanted to share the food.

Went for lunch with a work colleague. I had the butter chicken. Comes with basmati rice and peas, pappadum, and naan. Everything was delicious. With coffee, the bill came to $30.00. with 15% tip. My colleague had the tuna salad. Again, very good. The tuna is seared but left raw on the inside. Comes with slices of avocado. I do highly recommend this place. But I also find it pricey as I don't consider this a fine dining establishment.

Good food and drinks. Lots of staff on hand so waiting is not long. Friendly environment

Terrible service. Food just ok. Getting tired of going out for dinner to places like this and spend $150 on food that is just ok.

Probably my favorite evening spot in Markham. Service is amazing, food is really well made and they have a variety of healthy, tasty options and a large menu. Their late night menu is definitely worth hitting up. Being at Joey is bless, thanks to the awesome staff!

I always like Joey's restaurants. Food is excellent and the staff has always been great. Never had a bad experience at one. Joey's is always on the short list if there is one nearby.

This location has by far the worst customer service. Waited 30 min until I had to get someone to help us with our order. The server messed up our food and then waited another 20 min until I waved down my server for the bill. I wish I was able to give no stars for the customer service but gave 2 stars for the food. The food was absolutely amazing.

This place... is a shining castle of hidden gems displaying unique features in all corners.

Great restaurant for casual fine dining! The decor was modern and looked quite nice! Take out was quick and easy as well. The butter chicken was great! The 2 types of naan were spot on! Chicken bahn mi was also delicious! We will be back for sure!

My first date was here, this is a very unique location for me. The atmosphere, the staff and the food is just perfect.

Loved the food , steak and crispy mash potatoes is my new thing here usually get the salmon.

Meh. Good food but super pricy. I've come here a few times now and always leave underwhelmed, with less money in my pocket. I don't get why people like this place so much.

First, I love the design inside. There's one area that has mainly booths and another that's more open and has high chairs. The food was great and not expensive. Furthermore, our servicer was amazing and always made sure we had everything we wanted. Lastly, even the bathrooms are unique and cool!

One of the top wester cousine in Markham just next to Markville Mall. The place is like a western bar with nice random musics and some televisions around the place. Servers are very friendly and do a good job. Came here witb a group of 16 people and everyone got very accommodated and our food came in a good portion and it worth the price. Our food was well prepared, the only one entry was not that good was calamari seemed not thay fresh thats why I removed one star. The Tune Poke Bowl was very delicious and well balanced. Baby Back Ribs was very tasty and it is plus for the meal. My friend said Filet Mignon was well prepared and fresh. I would recommend this place for everyone.

Very social and lively place.

Most people that come here are dressed nicely so keep that in mind if you intend to eat here.

It's a nice spot to have a quick bite, have drinks, or go on a date.

From my experience, staff was friendly and by luck, we got our table as soon as we walked in.

Food was cooked well. My only 2 complaints were that the seasoning on top of my salmon was WAAAYYY too salty and overpowered the salmon. I had to scrape it off and eat the salmon by itself. The other thing is, the menu says it comes with "crispy mashed potatoes". If you're wondering what that is, it's a spring roll with mashed potatoes inside. Nice use of eloquent wording to make it sound fancier than it actually is.

My party was not tended to properly . Also the wings are poor quality. I did not expect the wings to be so small .

Absolutely delicious, waitress was friendly and knowledgeable! Asked about dietary restrictions and kept us updated while our food was being prepped. Kindly offered samples of the beer my parents wanted to try and offered recommendations for wine. Food was prepared in a timely matter considering how busy the restaurant was! Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back.

Great atomosphere !!! I came here with my friends and we ll enjoyed it. I order the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the waitress handle everything very well. It s a great place to hang out. I would recommend this place for dining and definitely come back again.

5 stars because... happy hour everyday 3 - 6 pm, Sunday to Thursday 9 pm to close. $4 Muskoka Lager 14oz.

Upscale establishment with quality food served and professional servers. They care for the customer experience especially if the food they serve on the plate does not match to customer s expectations.

Decent Joey's restaurant. Ambiance is nice but can get very loud at peak times making it difficult to hear the person sitting right across from you. Nice that the bar and the seating area is segregated but the noise still carries quite a bit. Seat smelled of bad BO. There is a secret DJ disc under the table. Spin with your foot.

Been there a few times during the past 6 months. The foods quality were not stable, they taste good sometimes and they are not rest of the time. Service is so-so, waitress are nowhere to be found when you actually need them.

Spectacular experience every single time. We have been treating ourselves to the great food and staff for years. Treat yourself.

We went at 5:30pm, so we can order from the Happy Hour Menu and the Main Menu. Sushi Cone, Rosemary Garlic Fries and Pesto Shrimp Flatbread were delicious. The Yellowfin Tuna salad, New York Steak and Prime Sirloin were outstanding. Definitely will go back.

My family and I visited this place twice and had not so pleasant experience. In winter, we were seated at the first seat right in front of the entrance. In summer this afternoon, we were guided to the west side patio. There was no umbrella, the sunset was right on my face and waitresses constantly walking beside& behind us, in and out. We had to talk to 6 staffs overall (front desk, guide girl, waitress, cashier #1, cashier #2 and bus girl), during this pandemic, why???? The food was ok though.

Good Food, Great service, Nice vibrant atmosphere. Priced fair and I like the vibe. Their menu options are plentiful and will delight various palettes

The food either had no taste or it was to salty....
I ordered the calamari its was oily and tasteless. The lobster ravioli was extremely salty. My sister ordered the chill chicken and it taste like bbq sauce was on it!
Don't waste time and money....
Go to the Yorkdale location it better

The food & service here was amazing. The manager Ronnie made sure that we had an excellent first experience. Will definitely be coming back here again in the near future.

Our family has been here a few times and the service is always outstanding. Whenever we are in the area this is our go to restaurant as it has a great vibe and ambience, both casual and family friendly. Although we have always had a great experience we were there last week and had our best one to date thanks to Robyn Franklin the FOH Training Manager. She went over and above to create a special and memorable experience for our two young sons who absolutely enjoyed themselves. Thank you Robyn my wife and I truly appreciate it and you are an asset to your organization. Our server Carlin was great as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

As expected...flavours are consistent, Attractive staff, a bit disorganised but not a bad setting.Convenient.

I have been there a couple of times and I like it. What I like the most about this place is their rooftop and their food is good too. I've tried burgurs and wings and liked it. It's a nice restaurant for dating and meetings and if you want to hang out with your friends.

Great atmosphere with a large selection of good foods to choose from! However, was fairly disappointed with no variety of desserts. Did enjoy the lava cake though!

Staff were kind, but weren t quick to serve, and we had to wait for our food for a long time.

If your eating with Kids, expect to wait an hour or more to be seated. The main dinning room does not allow children any time of day. Each of our three visits we have wither left or been maid to wait over 1.5 hours. Last visit we left after 20 mim to Yorkdale, parked, ordered and received our food before the Markville text went off to say our table was ready. lol

UPDATE: Management reached out to us this past weekend. Looks like they've made some much needed changes to accommodate more families. Food, Service & Lisa are amazing again :)

Great happy hour menu from 9pm to closed Monday - Thursday! Good value . Also, it gets quite busy on weeknights surprisingly!

We celebrated my wife's birthday with her friends at this location. A special thanks to Stephanie (Manager) who came early before her scheduled shift to decorate the table with balloons and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everyone was happy with taken care of and that the food was perfect. We will definitely be back .
