Beside the exorbitant cost a parking $25 the experience was Grand we saw Trans-Siberian Orchestra and loved every single moment of it. The event was well organized and the lines moved incredibly quickly it was great to see the security was ramped up in the event of all the crazy things that happen in this world. The four of us had an amazing adventure and one of missed it for the world overall 5 + + + five star experience

So I have attended 3 concerts here. Not a hockey fan so no coyotes game ever. But for concerts, it's amazing. Great audio, loud and great placement of speakers to add ambience. Hopefully artists make use of that. I've watched Judas priest, Queen and Tool here and Tool definitely understood how to make use of that "surround sound". Easy to get in and out of, clean and comfortable seats. Great place for a concert.

This place, where do I start? Well the atmoshpere here is very lively and fun. The food stands are very amazing, good in taste. (Background) I was on a FBLA trip and got to talk to the people that run the stadium and arizona coyotes organization a quote from one of them. "we care very much about one thing only ... You the fans.. without you we would have no team". When you come here they welcomed by your presence. Very professional people take care of this place, it shows !

I would never watch another game at this arena. My wife and I were racially profiled by security upon entering this arena. We made a complaint at guess service but then we just got yelled at by Andrea Evans from security management. She didn t even want to take my complaint. Use to be a season holder never again will I waste my money on this team.

Such a fun place to be in, the staff is incredibly nice, and my concert experience there was phenomenal I saw Justin Bieber there 7 months ago. I love this place so much. Seating is 10/10. Trust me you'll love this place once you step foot in. I know I did.

Gila River Arena has all the amenities of any other arena, but keeps a closer community feel. Would be happy to go to a concert or hockey game here again. Superb work from the friendly staff too.

I have never been before until last night for the Kelly Clarkson concert. She was amazing btw....but it was easy to park and to leave. The traffic was well directed. I liked that there was more than one entrance to enter and leave. That made the traffic flow easier.
Also, there are a lot of places to choose from go eat. All styles of food to meet your taste buds. The only thing I had a hard time swallowing was the price of parking. It was $25.

Horrible parking conditions during the Trans Siberian Orchestra event. Took 1.5 hours to park to be exact, and missed part of the show due to this.
When contacting the arena their response was "Blame the Cardinals" they took our parking lots.
Not even remotely helpful. If you are unable to serve your clients, then don't have events there!
The appropriate response would be to offer a refund due to lack of service availability. But ofcourse, according to the Box Office, that was someone elses "fault" too, was told that would fall on Ticketmaster, which ofcourse is ridiculous considering that Ticketmaster had nothing to do with not being able to provide parking for their customers, that was ALL on Gila River Arena.
Horrible business, will stay clear of Gila River Arena in the future and will make sure others know about it as well.

My husband and I attended a ASU hockey game - our first and we had a ball! The attendants were helpful, the suite was nice, clean and managed. Gila River was a cool venue, in terms of location. Had we moot eaten in the suite, its a nice locating for a bite to eat and bars, too.

Love my Coyotes!!!! I think the complex and arena are well thought out. My only hesitation is the food vendors and how little variety they offer. I understand about sponsored product, contracts and marketing but my taste buds and tummy does not. To say they are overpriced is a statement that is wasted since there are the same prices no matter which venue you frequent. Iso like that the arena is located in a location that has always been easy in and easy out for me. Very handy to be just off the freeway which makes it convenient to get to from just about anywhere in the valley.

The reason of one star is because I had to go back to the car to leave my wife's purse because they classified her purse like a backpack , and after we get inside we had 3-4 -5 and 6 seats and the person who supposedly help you to seat didn't tell us to go the closer side to our seats so we crossed on people starting in seat number 14 to go to #3

Visited with family for CO Avs vs Coyotes and Calgary Flames vs Coyotes games. We had lots of fun! Seats were fine, typical sporting venue. Food was also fine. We really liked the art and displays both inside and outside. We hope to return again.

Definitely one of the best arenas for watching a hockey game and live music. The sound is great and the seats are well done for all types of events. The concessions are pretty good too.

It's a decent place to watch a a game. It's clean enough, the seats are not bad, and the giant monitors make seeing replays easy.

There are a couple of massive issues. 1st is the parking. If there is an event at the stadium next door, the parking turns into a nightmare situation. It was straight up AWFUL when we last went and ran into a duel event evening.

Second is the pricing for food and drinks. It's so high they are walking money out the door. I'm not kidding when I say that someone offered to buy me a beer, but I refused to even let them pay that much. You can honestly go to the Yard House, who is very expensive, and pay half as much, for better quality. That's exactly what happened too. Instead of having one average beer in the stadium, I had two good ones after.

I know it's a stadium and they are going to mark stuff up, but not even Disney marks up as much as this place. That's insane.

I went to the Desert Hockey Classic on Sunday, January 10th.

Awesome to see a college hockey tournament here in the Valley, level of competition was excellent. How Gila River Arena handled the games, especially on Sunday, was awful at best. On Sunday they had very limited options for seating aside from your ticketed seat as well as food and beverages, and did not have the Terrace Bar open as an option between games. After being handed a thermal printed ticket when my phone was scanned for initial entry, and being told that it was for reentry, when we attempted to go out and get something more substantial than pretzel bites and nachos, we were told that leaving the arena meant we would have to purchase new tickets to see the second game.

I'm not a college kid anymore. If I am spending six hours at a hockey tournament, I want to be able to eat something that isn't an $8 hot dog and wash it down with something that is not 20 ounces of flat, warm, $11 beer. It would also be nice to have a chance to take in some other sporting events that are going on that day since there was an hour of down time between the two games.

I get that the venue doesn't want me leaving, they want my money, it's the same reason you can't bring your own food or beverage in, but locking me in a building with gas station cuisine and poorly managed beer is pretty insulting and then to tell me I can't go give money to someone who will at least try to earn it is reprehensible.

The stadium seats are Horrible!!! Especially if your here with a disabled person..had him get handicapped seating..much better!! The slope on the seats are not for Anyone with height issues!!! It's not safe!!!
