I have been to several NHL arenas and this is by far the coldest arenas. Not only in temperature, but the level of greed at the concessions is horrendous.
I went to a football game (best deal) a basketball game nascar races and 2 hockey games. The prices at the concessions was legal robbery.
I will never rerurn.
A sausage fries and water, $27.00. A small coffee was 5.50,, Duncan Donuts coffee..lots of great places to eat outside. Fill up before you go in.

Hockey game, 1st time we had been there, had a super good time!!

Hockey and facilities was very good. When on the 3rd floor, the leaving was extremely slow because there is only 1 escalator for everyone to go down.

Parking was horrible and we missed at least thirty minutes of the show

feels like you are sitting at a 90 degree angle. drinks are way too expensive

Didn't attend an event tonight. My wife did. She loved it. I came out to change her flat tire. Security was great, letting me spread out and teach my daughter how to change a tire ( and then check and pump up the flat spare donut). Thanks to the staff here.

Fun and busy location. The Gila staff was very helpful staff with directions. Extra special consideration given to my son/I due to an obnoxious Coyote fan. Above and beyond accomodating!

Stadium is nice. Drink prices are ridiculous.$13 for a beer? That's $3 more than what I pay at the United Center!

Great seating and tons of vendors, also has a lot of reastroom easily available to get to. I have gone to for COYOTE'S games & Always have the Best Fun. A little bit pricey but worth it for the Experience. They are so interactive with the audience and have lots of give-A-ways to get you involved. Excellent customer service is given at all points, A very Family oriented venue for sure. : )

Great experience for Coyotes vs Nashville Predators. Parking was very good and the complex makes for fantastic fan experience. My spouse and I had a great time.

Great concert venue with tons of restaurants near by. If you get their early enough you can park in the free mall parking instead of paying for event parking

Great venue and right in between the Westgate entertainment district and the university of Phoenix stadium! Lots of stuff to do and many restaurants and bars!

Good arena for hockey, plenty of room to walk around the arena

Comfy seats and a great view of the ice from just about anywhere.

Visited here for the Game of Thrones Live Concert and was not disappointed! The concert itself was 5 stars and the interior of the venue is gorgeous. They also had a few costumes and props at the location. It would have been nice to see the official merchandise without having to walk through the purchase line, but oh well.
The restrooms are clean but slippery by the paper towels with no wet floor signs and maintenance workers simply standing there talking to one another with no regard to the floor being very wet.
The parking for Gila River Arena was highly disappointing. It took over 20 minutes to be let in to the parking lot and the pricing was more than necessary, $35 for valet and $25 for regular? That's a hefty price, especially when it's not a smooth transition to even be let in.
To the lighting crew, please have a seat between sections 119-117 and have a seat between rows A-O to make sure that the lighting does not interfere with the stage, there were some problems with that. Thank you!

Always a good time at Gila. My ticket rep Chris Bongo is AMAZING and I'm always happy with my seats. Beer is cold, staff is friendly and hey, we have a sense of humor but still we love our Coyotes

Attended comic con in the arena and it was very nice.

Nice place for the platinum comedy tour with Mike Epps. Sound system was perfect.

Seats are a bit tight for tall people. Concessions normal overpriced. But staff are friendly. Don't take big cameras or even water.

Arizona, you have a great hockey team! It's time to get into hockey and watch them! This is the fastest professional sport! They do everything other athletes do only they do it on ice skates! Comfortable and updated venue to support your team in! Go Yotes!

Correct your hours! website, and google provides wrong hours. Its even more inconvenient that the only way to contact is by phone only, which also has the wrong hours.
