Security won't let the fans anywhere near the hockey players. Most arenas fans especially kids are allowed to get near the players going in and out of the tunnel to the locker room. Find a way to change this and you will get more people at the games. Seat prices are fairly reasonable.

25 dollars to park, 7 dollars for a cup of water and I would need a second mortgage to get food but the acoustics were good if Tucson would wise up and hold concerts here I would never go back but I know that won't happen so if you're planning on a trip to the arena bring lots of cash and be prepared to fight traffic with the worst drivers Phoenix has to offer

Very nice venue. Great sightlines from my seat.

Parking was very easy. Stayed after next door at Westgate for a bite to eat and let the outgoing traffic dissipate. BRILLIANT.

This is a great venue for concerts as well as hockey and other events. There is sometimes a shortage of parking spaces for larger events because they share parking with the neighboring Rennesanse hotel. And it can be really hard to get to if there is anything happening at the football stadium.

Gila River Arena, a great place to spend time with your friends, is an exciting place to watch a good game, or a bad one. Overall, the best part about the arena is spending time with friends and family. The bad part is very expensive food.

I really liked the hockey game but at security, they collected 5 hydroflasks claiming they would safekeep them but WITHOUT TELLING THE OWNERS of the hydroflasks planned to throw them away. Ruined my experience.

Went to a hockey game and the home team lost kicking them out of the playoffs. Anyway the arena is very nice. Not a bad seat anywhere. Plant of food vendors but I recommend having something in the many restaurants right outside of the arena. The DJ loves to pump up the music and I would recommend ear plugs or noise reducing head phones. You will be sticking your fingers in your ears so you won't blow an ear drum. The young crowd loves it but wait till they reach their golden years. They will need hearing aids. Anyway it a great arena and I recommend it if you want a great night out watching some good sports

Great concert by Toby Mac but the arena left a bitter feeling as when we got there, we found out the seats they sold us didn't even exist! (It was the last three of a row where the stairs were at instead. So instead of being in front of the stage, we ended up off to one side with a large stack of speakers partially blocking our view....

We attended a meeting a sporting event here and thought the arena was very reasonable in pricing. Snack bar offered a variety of foods and refreshments. The restrooms we're clean and properly attended to. Usher's were very nice and professional.

Not a bad seat in the place for the hockey games. But there seems to be no heat in the upper deck. Bring warm clothes if you sit up there. Everything else from food to amenities is just ok. Nothing really stands out. The area around the stadium is pretty good though. Parking was 25 dollars all around stadium as well. Some of the restaurants around there said theyd validate your parking if you at there.

Perfect location for the amount of traffic! Being from Calgary, AB and going to the Scotiabank Saddledome a lot, the traffic doesn t move quick in and out of Calgary s entertainment district. But they have it set up perfectly for any sports event in the Westgate District. Always in and out of here within 5 mins. Arena seating is great. Food and beer quite a bit more expensive than what I m used to. But a great night out to watch hockey.

Plenty of places to dine, shop or relax. Shopping outlet is a short walking distance. Several hotels close by, and a movie theater is on the property. Plenty of parking, with easy entry and exits. A decent place to spend a few enjoyable hours.

Brad in the BMW lounge super friendly and informative, thanks for the conversation. Tool was AWESOME! Not a bad seat in the house, security was really nice and patient with people, parking cost taken off F&B bill at local restaurants, parking easy and close. Overall one of the best concert experiences I have ever had in the Valley and I go to at least 5 shows a year at various venues.

It's outside of the city, so you don't have to battle event traffic and city traffic at the same time when you are trying to leave. There's a whole entertainment district complete with food, bars, and hotels attached, so a stay-cation is a real thing here for a break away from the kids. The arena itself is modern with adequate bathroom facilities, tons of food stalls, and the stairs aren't super steep. The view of the arena is good even from the nose bleed seats.

Great layout, except... it's so steep when you are up top! You get serious vertigo! Also, the escalator was packed and we were crushed coming down and my foot was caught and I had a nasty bruise! The people in front stopped and everyone began running into us. It was awful!

Only complaint is that you cannot re-enter the arena once you've gone in and left. Make sure you've brought everything you want to bring. I have a small kid and was happy to see that there were family restrooms
