Friendly staff, typical overpriced food for a sports venue. If you are sitting upper level while watching the Coyotes I recommend a like jacket. Some seats have the AC blowing straight on
you.
Love going to hockey games. I'll watch any team. Here's to hoping the Coyotes stay in town!
The inside of the arena was very nice. There are also a wide variety of food vendors so if you don't like one thing they are bound to have something else that you will like.
Nice arena with plenty of options to eat and drink pre/post event. If you are taking a ride share like Uber make sure you know where the pickup/dropoff area is.
Easy access, parking for events is well managed, venue is perfect for performance attended
Great venue, just park across the road to the south at the football stadium to avoid pist cncert traffic.
Great facility. Parking close and easy to get out with good traffic control.
nice arena great hockey game parking is adequate ,in a great area to hang out at.
The Staff was very nice and helpful. The arena was clean. The fan store was awesome!
Always an amazing place when we go. We love watching our Coyotes here!
It is always a great time! Super service & great staff at Gila Arena.
A very nice place to go if you want to see a hockey game in AZ. And don't forget to wear red, white and black - Arizona Coyotes colours.
Clean restrooms staff was great. No electronic tickets are accepted and had to wait 30 minutes in line to redeem tickets
The Coyotes games are great, so much fun. This arena is very big, and the staff are super friendly. There is also some good food even though it is expensive, I have not had a bad experience.
The KISS farewell show was absolutely the best show I have seen to date in my 55 years of life.
Had a great time at the arena, very clean and well maintained!
Was here last night for the Shawn Mendes concert, we arrived super early since we expected a large crowd. There were multiple lines for entry and yet it still took forever to get inside!! Once inside however, the experience was great. Good view, comfy seats with cupholders. Only complaint would be that every sink had HOT water coming out to wash our hands in the bathroom and only like 2/10 soap dispensers had soap in them... would definitely go back for more shows, just think it could've been a little better experience.
I wish this were closer, cheaper, and wasn't infested with unintelligent, rude staff members.
Saw the Sam Smith concert and it was excellent. Even the cheap seats, the only thing left when I purchased my tickets, has a pretty good view of the stage.
Pretty standard arena setup. Cherry Coke tasted like flat bad diet soda. Queen was great, Adam Lambert Sucked, not worth $100+ a ticket.
It was an awesome venue but the alcohol prices were way too high
Eh, compared to most other stadiums in the valley, this place is towards the bottom on the cleanliness scale, but who cares as long as the games are good. On another note, even though it is small compared to some other stadiums, the hot dog and drink prices are still the same.
Very cool arena! Smaller, more intimate seating, and delicious vendors for all your snacking needs! Within the Westgate shopping area, with tons of great restaurants!
My favorite place to see a concert in the valley .
Nice facility to see events with lots of dining options nearby.
Love going to Gila River Arena and watching the Yotes!! New this year, a $22 pretzel. Feeds 4 adults, easily!
Great assistance for my mobility restricted parents.
Hockey games are awesome concerts are awesome the staff/ security are awesome....
There is not a bad seat in the arena. We spent no more then 20 bucks a seat and had a great view of the game no matter where the action was. Would have been better if the Coyotes won though.
Parking isn't bad. Prices are crazy as any sorting event.
Good place to see a game. Our seats were close to the ice but still inexpensive as far as sporting events go. Beer and food was very expensive. Lots of clean bathrooms and I never waited for use of them. Crowd was enthusiastic but many empty seats for a Saturday night game. All in all it was fun but eat at one of the many restaurants just outside the rink before the game. We parked for free in the shopping mall nearby if you don't mind a small walk.
It's a hockey stadium but is awesome for concerts! Not a bad seat in the house
Great arena...team shop and concession stands are.....awesomeness
The venue is quite nice, but the traffic control was terrible. Apparently an architect designed the parking areas instead of a traffic engineer.
We went for the free summer movie. So nice and fun. Great to be in the cold when it's so hot outside.
Fantastic spot except for the Dunkin donuts coffee, so gross, $4.50 worth of hot garbage
One word...hockey! Very friendly employees and a family atmosphere, whether here for hockey or other events/concerts.
I'm going to miss having the Coyotes on the west side of town, it's a great arena. Cell service was a bit spotty for me, wish they had wifi.
Great facility, always a fun atmosphere, new jumbotron was a HUGE upgrade, GO YOTES
I was there watching grandsons howler hockey game. They have a nice program to introduce youth to hockey. The arena seating area is filthy. Could use a power wash in all the aisles of concrete and cleaning of upholstered seats. Nothing soap & hot water can't fix...
Take your bank card
Better yet, take two. Not cheap
$10 parking, $15 beers, $20 nachos, $100 seats, 30min wait to get out of a parking lot. It's like corporate America is openly extorting our pastimes and interests. THE GAME OF KINGS!
I can still smell tool's farts near the staging area each time I go.
Heavenly.
Nice arena . I was rooting for the visiting team, but I still had a great time
Awesome facility. Coyote games are always a blast. Very clean and after the game, plenty to do at surrounding business'.
