I truly hate purchasing a new vehicle because of all the back forth with numbers and the pass off to this person and that person. Purchasing my new Lexus NX300 was the most relaxing and easy car burying experience I have eve had. The one point of contact is fantastic you re with your sales manager through out the entire process. Gary Catronio was my Master Sales Manager and be is wonderful. I felt he listened to me and was truly looking out for me. He knew everything about my vehicle and showed me everything on my new car. Thank you Gary !!! I love the car and I have a feeling I will be a Lexus lifer :)
