Alan Fein made my new car buying experience pretty painless. He was a pleasure to deal with and had the patience of a saint as we walked the lot (in Florida in the middle of July no less!) looking for a color combination that I loved for my new RX350! Alan was there every step of the way, checking on my during the entire process, even several days after I left the lot with my bright, new, shiny, red car! Thank you to the entire JM Staff!
