It started off well with trying to get the vehicle I wanted. I really wanted a dark interior but I settled for the lighter interior for various reasons. I started the paperwork in the morning but came back to finalize in the evening. However, I was passed over to another sales associate because the one I was working with earlier was busy with another customer, fine. But this other sales rep was also busy but came and spoke to me for maybe 5 minutes for add-ons to the car. He left and saw me in passing and said he was on his way to me but another customer needed to see him...once again, fine. Unfortunately, it happened twice. But pretty much after waiting around for 45 minutes, I had enough and left. It took the sales rep another 10 minutes to call me to realize I was no longer around. Definitely not the experience I was expecting at JM.
