Today I met with Alicia Stark and she let me test drive a new vehicle and we toured the lot to see what colors are in stock. Then we came upstairs and she provided excellent service giving me an appraisal in my 350 and offering good options moving forward. Alicia has always been super professional and warm - I am definitely blessed to have her as my sales agent at JM!

I also had the best personal service I can remember from Patrick who saw to it that I sailed through my 20 K service experience. Thanks Patrick!
