Way too many phone calls were required to get pre-certified maintenance approved. Follow up was left to me the customer. After returning home with the vehicle, auto trunk opener did not work. It was not checked as part of the service. It worked when I dropped off the vehicle. A Setting needed to be corrected in control panel.
