My sales person was excellent. He was responsive,accomodating, and was great to deal with.The dealership went out of their way to find me that I wanted by going to an outside lot.while the whole transaction was very lengthy, it was done with a smile.
My only complaint was not with the sales consultant. The Lexus I traded in had two services remaining on my contract, and I was told by the sales manager they could be transferred or be reimbursed for it. When I did the maintenance contract on the car I leased yesterday, the Business Manager indicated the transfer could not be done. I think I should be reimbursed for the two maintences or an adjustment on the new contract for which I paid over $800 yesterday on the new car.
