Jim Ellis Buick GMC Review

Nicole, Stacey, and Sam were all excellent. Everyone I dealt with when buying my CPO 2016 Canyon was courteous, helpful, and patient.... especially since it was after 10pm by the time the deal was done and I left the lot! Based on my experience, I'd recommend these people to anyone.

Best experience I ve ever had at a car dealer! I traveled to Atlanta for a business meeting and while there I decided to go by Jim Ellis to see a truck I viewed online. Once I arrived I was greeted by Mike Champness. Mike was very knowledgeable and obviously has studied every GMC truck on the lot. Over the past two years I have come in contact with many car salesman and I must say, Mike was the best. It s very important for a car salesman to know the product he or she is selling. Mike made me fill better about what I was purchasing and also explained to me all of the options out there that would meet my standards. Mike addressed all of my questions and made the car buying experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta.

This place improperly jacked my saturn sky without lifting pucks, cracking both front fenders. The replacement parts alone cost as much as the work I had done. Not coming back again.

The service at Jim Ellis was above and beyond I felt very comfortable with the staff and extremely pleased with the turnaround time and professionalism

Don't even think about coming here for recall service. First time they messed up my appointment, and I had to reschedule. Second time I was first in line, first thing in the morning. Got the call at the end of the day saying they "didn't have time to get to it". Complete waste of time.

I arrived early, but was immediately taken. Extremely polite and kind staff. Service was fast, and they even washed my car! Considering coming back from service even out of warranty.

I had to change my appointment around and the staff on the phone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Immediate e-mail confirmation is helpful.

Overall great experience. Edit: I am out of warranty and still drive past about 10 dealerships on my way to this location. The team is FANTASTIC. So polite. So knowledgeable. So transparent. There's no nonsense with these guys. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Ask for Timothy in service. He is the BEST and will not disappoint. 10/10.

Just a great overall experience. Nicole and Micheal and other staff treated me very well. Nicole was very informative on the vehicle I purchased. They stay open me a little later me and went above and beyond for me. I couldn't pick no place to purchase my 2020 2500hd denali. I worked with Ricardo Shands. I went in knowing the exact car that I wanted and he did everything he could to help me get it including getting me a new insurance agent. When I was all done with the paperwork, my car was all cleaned up and ready to go. He also helped me pair my phone and with features in the car. I would for sure refer him to friends and family.

I almost always brought my GMC truck here for service because I thought they were more into selling cars than cheating people on service. My GMC truck was sputtering so I brought it in to have them look at it. They said my engine was shot and that I needed to spend $7,200 for a new engine! I took it to Wade Automotive and they fixed the problem for $228 by replacing the spark plugs and the ignition wires! Save yourself thousands and take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. These people are criminals!

I have been coming to you guys since I have had my truck but this last encounter was not a great/good one. It took 3 times to fix a problem that should have been corrected the first time. I was highly disappointed with you guys and how it was handled.

I had been looking for a new Acadia for several weeks and talking with other dealerships closer to home. Jim Banks found the car I wanted at a great price and made it very easy. Thanks again I highly recommend this dealership and Jim was great.
