This is a very wonderful place to get things fixed with your jewelry at a great price and to buy jewelry..I just had this face replaced on my Casio watch .. they did a wonderful job ..Also mark and the staff here at the store gives you great customer service always ..I will and have suggested this jewelry shop to all my friends and family and P.S -they are super clean and take care and disinfect their store and it's a very safe place to feel comfortable shopping....keep up the great work ..IAM happy to be a customer ..

Very very very pleased with the service I received. Extremely friendly staff, absolutely wonderful prices. I had a very thin chain break that is of sentimental value to me, the jewelry connection fixed it good as new! I was nervous it wouldn't be able to be fixed but they assured it could and for only 15 bucks! Super happy!!!! Would recommend!

I went in to have a diamond check on a ring. They not only checked but they polished. They also repaired my necklace within minutes. The most recent was that i gave them an idea of what I wanted made; it is gorgeous! I have been going for many years now and will not go to any other jeweler.

It was worth the wait to get my wedding set soldered! It looks beautiful and they don't spin anymore! Great customer service and I will be back

I had a lovely experience and found a gorgeous ring (they have an A+ selection to choose from and I only looked at the estate jewelry!). The woman who helped me said she was new but I would have thought she worked there for years! She was very kind and even cleaned my Morganite ring as well as have the jeweler fix a minor issue right then and there for me, I am so appreciative of their excellent customer service!

I took 3 rings in to be fixed. 3weeks later picked them up went home and noticed one of my rings looked like it had a prong standing up. Took it back to be fixed again. Just got it back today 9/6. One ring I wore off and on since getting it back now there is a chip missing. Ask the jeweler to check."yes a stone is missing" .didn't ask if I wanted it fixed sat it down on the counter. Paid for my earrings that were fixed. Had a wire replaced on small hoops that I have had for 52 years the wire is too short and I can not wear them still. So far their fixes have sent me back into the store and now I'm not sure it is safe to wear them any more. Not happy at all

I walked into the Jewelry Connection to two customers being helped by two different employees. My eyes looked around at what seemed liked thousands of pieces of jewelry. But before I could even get overwhelmed, a third employee, a young man, asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he immediately and pleasantly assisted me, and I was completely satisfied. My step dad recommended this place to me and I would recommend it to anyone I knew who was looking for jewelry, even if they have to travel far to get to Fenton.

Great service. Affordable. Friendly. They fixed a ring I bought at a Native American Reservation and the stone fell out. They fixed it at a cheap price & the stone has successfully stayed in place!

Very nice staff. Best place around to get jewelry repaired and new watch batteries. They have very competitive prices on new jewelry too.

I never visited them until last week when I needed them to take care of an issue for me. Had a knotted necklace and unable to take care of it. They got all the knots out and didn't even charge me. Very nice to deal with.
