I took 3 rings in to be fixed. 3weeks later picked them up went home and noticed one of my rings looked like it had a prong standing up. Took it back to be fixed again. Just got it back today 9/6. One ring I wore off and on since getting it back now there is a chip missing. Ask the jeweler to check."yes a stone is missing" .didn't ask if I wanted it fixed sat it down on the counter. Paid for my earrings that were fixed. Had a wire replaced on small hoops that I have had for 52 years the wire is too short and I can not wear them still. So far their fixes have sent me back into the store and now I'm not sure it is safe to wear them any more. Not happy at all
