I had a lovely experience and found a gorgeous ring (they have an A+ selection to choose from and I only looked at the estate jewelry!). The woman who helped me said she was new but I would have thought she worked there for years! She was very kind and even cleaned my Morganite ring as well as have the jeweler fix a minor issue right then and there for me, I am so appreciative of their excellent customer service!
