Love!! Everyone in the shop are such sweethearts echo always kills it with my colour work

ECHO WAS AMAZING! Honestly the best experience I have ever hadwith a hairdresser! They make you feel at home, are honest about what works with your hair and what doesn't and makes the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing the entire time! I would highly recommend going here if you haven't already! Brilliant!

I called in the morning requesting a colour for that evening. I was booked for 7pm. I arrive at 7pm. I am barely greeted and then ignored until 7:40 pm when I eventually voice my frustration about being kept so long. The response was very unprofessional and she was very short with me saying she had squeezed me in and implied she was doing me a favour. I much would have preferred she tell me she was too full that night for another client or to come in at 8pm. There was no apologize. It was very unprofessional and an unfriendly environment.

I went to D.E.M Studios last week and I must say I was very impressed! I'm always nervous to get my hair cut but I've gotta say I left feeling EXTRA satisfied. Echo payed close attention to the way I wanted it and finished it off with a head message that almost made me pass out and nice wash before I left. The girls def know what they're doing and I have no doubt they'll be very successful very soon! Good job ladies, keep it up!

No one seems able to cut and style my hair as good as Echo does, I will travel an extra hour just to have her do it because I know the quality is worth the effort. I have gone to her for more than 5 years and will continue to do so (when she was first starting) Also she is a very nice and friendly person, I would recommend her to anyone

THEE BEST HAIR SALON IN HAMILTON! I love DEM studios! The girls make you feel like family in an instant! Echo is my regular hairstylist and has gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and helped me make some risque decisions with my hair that I absolutely love!!! Always beyond satisfied with my hair and it feels so perfect after every visit. I wish I could pack them up and have them style my hair all the time thank you so much for your services and care. Can't wait to come back and try something else really wild with my hair next !

I thought it would be safe to go there given the reviews on google and how helpful she came across on messaging me, I was proved wrong. She stained my shirt (was replaced by them), she was chatting up a storm with a friend who popped by talking about the new no frills clothing line that was coming out and the friend was showing her pictures of it as she dropped a bunch on my shirt. She said I was wearing a cape and that I shouldn t be texting???

I left with gold/orange undertones and green. She said I was okay with it not being guaranteed for colour to show up but never did I think I would leave with hot roots. I went and spent another 170$ so a total of 340$ because of the mistakes that were done. I went to a salon called Fiorio in Mississauga or go to my best friends salon called Dat Salon in Toronto. Save the time and discount and go to a salon that is more experienced. :(

This place was absolutely wonderful as my mom and I both got our hair done and were extremely pleased with the results. Weather it is getting your hair colored or just a simple cut, these amazing employees make sure to cater to your every need when it comes to matching the result to the image you had in you head even before coming into the salon

Went to Raquel today, and couldn't be happier! Not only was she able to fit me in last min but she also did such an amazing job!! She was soo nice and very welcoming! The other 2 ladies (I believe one was the owner) were sooo friendly as well and made you feel comfortable!! So happy I found a great place and can't wait to recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you again!!!

Echo is an amazing stylist. She is great with trendy cuts and colours. Her colours are always very even and last a very long time. She easily toned my hair to a beautiful grey colour. The cost is also extremely reasonable.
