Air conditioning doesn't reach the bedrooms, only common areas. This is Atlanta, so no AC with the heat+humidity gets very uncomfortable any time but winter.

Really nice host! Very clean and nice rooms! Great location! Cheap!

Clean and had friendly people there. Would definatly recommend it.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
I never leave bad reviews. I m super understanding and realize things go wrong.
But i showed up at my assigned check in time and no staff was ever there. I waited on the front porch until 1am until one drunk guest felt so sorry for me and let me in even though the guests are specifically told to not let anyone in. I woke up in the morning at 10am and stayed til noon and STILL NEVER SAW ANY STAFF OR EMPLOYEES. No apology has been given. If that girl hadn t let me in, I would have had nowhere to go alone at night in Atlanta as a young female. I thought maybe something happened and it was a one time incident. But after talking to other guests they too said they were stuck waiting out on the porch and almost never saw staff. Stay somewhere else because there is no guarantee you ll even be let in.
