We were having some issues with people messing with our cars and our neighbors cars and we wanted a way to catch people in the act. So we did some research and wanted to find the best surveillance company out there and we found Surveillance Secure. When I called I spoke with Kim and told him of our problem and what we were looking for and the next day he came out and spoke with us and we showed him where we wanted the cameras. Once the system came in he installed it and showed us how to use it. Now we are able to keep a close eye on what s going on and we are able to access our cameras from anywhere even on our phones, which is very convenient. We found that Kim was very helpful and professional and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality surveillance system.

Poor wiring, missing screws, unable to access the TC app and no response and help when I call the office. Why am I paying $80.00 per month for NOTHING. I should have gone with a known company instead. The unprofessionlism of your response as a business owner is unbelievable. Per our conversation, the employment status of my son-in-law has and had absolutely nothing to do with quality of service involving poor installation, and your 1 month response time to me as a paying customer. I had to post a google review only to have you respond in this childish manner and not take responsibility. I will be more than willing to upload photos of the poor wiring installation and missing screws of the door equipment. DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS KIM.

We use the Surveillance Secure camera network at our Assaggi Osteria restaurant in McLean Virginia. It operates smoothly and efficiently providing a view of multiple locations of our restaurant on one screen. We are very impressed with the result of our investment.

We needed a surveillance camera system for our restaurant. Surveillance Secure designed and installed a system that enables us now to monitor our operations, gives us the storage and recording we need and I really enjoy the mobile video access as well. Their team did great work and we're very happy with their service.

Surveillance Secure came in and replaced our out of date Door King system with a modern web based entry system. Their installation and service is very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted Surveillance Secure and specifically asked if they would work with an existing system and repair it. I was told yes. The techs came out to look at system and told me it was a good system. I had two cameras not working. Even though I had said I have very tall ceilings no ladder tall enough was brought so they could not even look at the cameras themselves to see what might be wrong. Instead the next day I got a quote for $5k for an entirely new system. They did not even attempt to see what was wrong with existing system and try to fix they just wanted to replace everything with their own equipment. I feel they totally misrepresented themselves to me and I am not pleased with their service at all.

We purchased a Mobotix camera system from another vendor. That vendor disappeared so we got Kim's name from Mobotix. Super service and they are very know what they are doing.

Absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. We spent a lot of money on the security cameras. We called to get them fixed (and its not the first time they broke) and they refuse to come out. They no longer work on residential cameras. Why didn't they tell us when they installed them that they weren't going to be there when there was a problem?????? UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE DIRECTLY MANY TIMES AND YOUR COMPANY REFUSED TO SERVICE OUR SYSTEM. IF YOU DON'T SERVICE YOUR EQUIPMENT/INSTALLATIONS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS.

I manage an apartment community in Montgomery County. One of our problems was the unauthorized use of the dumpsters in our community. It was being used both by non-community members as well as our resident for improper dumping. In one year alone the additional cost of removing such items exceeded our budget by more than $6,000. I could not accept that this was a cost of doing business and looked for a solution. I called about 10 security services providers, many did not even return my call. Surveillance Secure returned my call promptly and made an appointment to visit the site. Tony listened to what I told him and we walked the site together. We have a number of buildings that are separated from each other and from the areas we most wanted to see, namely the dumpsters, the entrance to the leasing office, the driveway and the parking lots. Tony recommended a wireless system that would place cameras where they could get a good view of what we wanted, provide easy transmission from the remote buildings to the main building where our recorder would be, and do so with far less labor and cost than trenching and running cable. Their technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. System was installed quickly, IT programming was done and training was given to me and my staff. It was up and running in two days.

Within 12 hours after installation we caught someone dumping illegally. Catching the illegal dumping saved me $500 in haul fees. The camera system installation cost was far less than my annual cost for bulk trash removal. I expect to save the money I spent on the surveillance system within a few months. It's a win win. My property does not have unsightly bulk trash sitting around my dumpster areas and I continue to save on bulk item removal fees. I couldn't be happier with it.

Surveillance Secure came and installed a 100+ Mobotix job for us in Aruba. They managed the project and configuration for us. We are very happy with their work and will use them for future projects.

Surveillance Secure is a life saver. This was my situation:

My dad passed away in 2010 and my mother wanted to stay in own house. Our family has lived in Upper Northwest section of D.C. since the 1940's. She came obsessed with safety. Mom started monitoring crime reports all time. She was driving us crazy with "emergencies" at all times of the day and night. And believe me, myself being working Dad and Grandpa myself, I have my own issues. I knew something had to be done ! She keep telling us, ADT was not enough.

Our neighborhood, like most in the District of Columbia, has experienced a number of robberies, muggings, and once, even a home invasion.

Kim and Surveillance Secure spent quite amount of time training her on the equipment. That couldn't have been easy. Mom is 84 years old and can't even attach a picture to an email without help.

Surveillance Secure installed access panel to our coworking space. They also installed security cameras. Surveillance Secure did all of this work while our Business Center was occupied. During the entire project they kept everything clean, and orderly and were extremely professional. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and their professionalism and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to install a security system, access panels, or cameras in their business.

Our church was in need of security cameras and a system to help manage access to our facility. Surveillance Secure came and did a walk thru with our board members, recommended items we had not thought of and installed a very good system that is easily to manage, and also helped us to identify additional problems.
