No Value for existing customers by paying the same amount new user can take better speed plan but not available to existing users

Absolute worst Internet service provider. High price but non responsive customer service. I took 50 Mbps plans and my speed has never crossed more than 14 Mbps speed limit. Sometimes kbps and then when you call them they blame you for taking the service.Don't recommend it.

I am using jetspot internet from last 1.5 years and it was a good experience with them but from last one or two months speed is not so good. Currently i am using 2005 rs nitro plan but seems internet speed is not coming as expected.please look into this issue.

Literally the worst ISP i have come across, speed is as bad as the other providers but other than that how they treat their customers. very high latency and internet speed is very slow even though its a 3mbps connection and FYI i am the only one using so not choking it. Proof of the way they treat their consumers can be found on the way they reply to these reviews. Maybe instead of trying to teach the customers about science , they should focus on services or come up with a humble way of saying so. Its not free , we are paying for it so have a little courtesy.

Monopoly still going on in Bhubaneswar in Internet industry.

Pretty satisfying internet connectivity. I needed a stable and fast internet for gaming. Jetspot does the work pretty well. I get around 60-100 ping for most of the servers. When the load is high, ping may rise a little bit over 100. Packet loss is a problem sometimes , if you are using a wifi router. I can't comment about loss if you are directly using the LAN port in your PC though. It gets fixed pretty quickly if you call them up. Their customer service is pretty good and they take prompt action. I am writing this review after being a Jetspot customer for 1 year. You can go for it!
I am using the Home Smart plan (4Mbps). Download speed is 4Mbps/8 = 500Kbps and after 11PM till morning 7 or 8AM, it peaks at 2Mbps, but mostly gives 1.5Mbps download speed. Youtube video streaming at 1080p can be done without any hassle using this plan or above.
I hope Jetspot maintains this quality and brings fiber connection in my area soon. I will be the first one to buy it!

EDIT: After 1 year of usage, it seems like Jetspot has lost it's quality. Since a few months now I am not getting a good ping and latency. In gaming servers where my counterparts get good enough ping, mine seems to spike a lot. It has also started staying up as high as 150 minimum. I get regular spikes ranging from 200-400 in the network and this makes it unable to play the game anymore. Seems like the only thing I bought this connection for is now worthless. Downloading data is working fine but for gaming, I wouldn't recommend this connection anymore.

EDIT 2: I have to say, they managed to get back on track after 1 month. After changing my home port signal receiver location to another port I was able to get decent Internet connection. Ping is back to normal. I think it was a temporary mismanagement of 2-3 months but now they are back on track.

Most of the staff are unprofessional and uneducated. They will play with you.

Worst service provide in the whole world,no professionalism. Their support won't even respond to call even after calling hundreds of time. These are bunch of crook.

Try to provide the ftth services in all areas of bhubaneswar like old town

Very good internet packages specially on the fiber plans. Helpful support stuff. Internet goes down intermittently but support stuff is quick to fix it.

Pathetic response, utterly unprofessional, pretentious cheats.

I m connected to Jetspot since it started it s operations in Bhubaneswar and to be frank and honest I find it really reliable and upto the mark as far broadband connections are considered.

Sad to get disconnected as I relocated to a different part of the city which is still not connected to fiber. Hope my place gets fiber soon.

I took 50Mbps plan but the only speed I am getting is not more than 25Mpbs.. I am really disappointed. Atleast not expected from jetspot.

Edit: As you mentioned I should use high end router, I am using TP Link's 750Mbps dual band 5GHz router. I guess router is not a problem for me!

Being a so old customer of jetspot cusotmer now i am frustrated on their service and restoration process, Very very bad experience, after cyclone fani now its one month but nobody is there to listen your complain. Where as other small isp networks restored their network.

I MUST SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE IN ODISHA.

Worst company in customer service. No professionalism , Don t care about customers. All they need is your money and then forget. Didn t settle my account for 2 months.no network.Very slow speed and high prices.Wont recommend at all.

Jetspot customer service is very unprofessional. Post cyclone Fani, it's been 2 and half months they have not restored the connection yet. I was using this connection for almost 2 years (JSF517), but they do not care about their customers anymore. For making the connection they are demanding me to pay 6 months plan, then they will only do the connection or else not. I would suggest anyone to think seriously before taking their new connection.

Was on their website at around 8pm looking for some details and didn't expect a response on their chat. But I was pleasantly surprised! Quick and efficient. Barely 2 mins and my query has been answered!

These guys charge more than they give. I am already paying ~2000 per month for a mere 4mbps line. Their internet connection is always unstable. They cut their connection during cyclone far beyond the impact (we are in Bhubaneswar and Cyclone Amphan didn't have any effect here) and only gave back connection after 5 days of repeated pleading to do so. They are doing this monopoly as they are the only service provider in my area. Their staff is outright arrogant. On top of all this, they just increased their tariff by 10% across the board. On asking they are saying its management's decision and we customers don't have a say in it. I just hope they understand that their customers have a right too.

It's been nice using Jetspot hi speed wifi connection. I m really very delighted customer of their service.

There has always been issue of disconnection and loss of network. A little rain, and it's gone. Even now when I am typing this, I am using my data pack since the Jetspot WiFi is not working. Every other day I have to dial up for the issue. Even after is many emails to support and talking to executives, no permanent solution for this has been found.

Service is really bad. The guys don't pickup your call. I am paying for 100mbps, and get 30-60 at max. The latency is way too high.

Their customer care is worst and irresponsible. No one picks call.

Plans are too costly and serivce is not upto the mark form the price point of view.

Initially they told that 50 MBPS will constantly come in Fiber plan with Lan connection, without ny interruption, so I suscribed for 50 MBPS plan, but as per my observation the speed reduces to 18-19 MBPS number of times in a day (that too in LAN connection) and then restores to 50 MBPS on its own after some time , you will get highly irritated if you are using this for work from home. As far as reliability in connection is concerned it gets interrupted every 5-6 days ,if u ask the reason, then will say the fibre is overhead connected so it is not in there control , and In Every 1-2 weeks they will be broadcasting messages to all customers probably specifying how they are not responsible for any type of speed issues , and lastly, cost is too high with reference to the service , not at all value for money!!! I will be soon switching to Jio fibre.

Best DNS and reverse DNS Service among all the country, good job, good in traceroute and in reverse looking glass. Of course, I am the one who did it for this tremendous and awesome Fiber Optical ISP.

Edit: It's a month now and they have disconnected the internet. They call quickly when taking payment. My work has been put on stall and they aren't taking calls, aren't responding to tweets, aren't replying emails. Nothing. Terrible terrible service. A bunch of unprofessionals. They deserve less than 1 star. I request everyone facing the same issue to give them 1 star until the company goes down.

Edit: i have been using Jetspot after the cyclone for 6 months now and the customer support has been very active and the internet is also robust. I have edited my rating to 5 stars again.

the online gaming support is poor in here. if you complain they dont listen about it by saying we dont care about online gaming . technology gone more ahead in online gaming in other parts of india and odisha too while they stand with old saying we dont support online.

The best ISP of Odisha. Truely reliable and always upto the line they promised. Theory and practical speed remains same. So they deliver what they promised.

As per other customer reviews this company is good but it can be better if jetspot network would be in many cities of Odisha.

Literally speaking, the best internet provider of Bhubaneswar (ISP). I'm getting more than expected. 1st--- Staff members are supportive and I have been in contact with a person who solves each and every problem with in minutes!! Their staffs will also pick your phone at 1am or 3 am any time you call them (in my case)....
2nd---Speed is really really amazing and even modems are changed if some updates are done.
3rd- If you take JIO Fiber, u cant communicate or cant complain anyone, and even we all know how JIO provides internet in our phones, no internet Aggregation support too, but till now Jetspot in this field is rocking..
4th--- Same day installations and even 3000 rupess refund is available!!
5th--- Soam Jena, a very reputed business man owns it, so Bharosa is Bharosa.

Extremely poor service and employee and their owners are very rude to customer. My friend suggested me JS but after using for 2-3 months all i get is unstable speed and lots of packet loss.
I am a network admin in HP so the bogus excuses their team gives when you try to complain them is as if its not their fault for poor service its your fault like are you using this brand router, are you getting this speed on lan, your router must be faulty and etc. Sends a guy to check and all he did was removed the lan wire and put back in router. Said "Sir lagta hai thoda dust agaya tha in the wire" Then I saw lots of post in JS FB group and how their owner replies to customer and understood from where their customer and IT team gets the behavior.

I moved to BSNL Fiber last month and it has much more stable speed than JS.

Just go for it. There is no one in BBSR to beat its speed.

Please dont use this service. They provide worst customer service . Before the connection they will assure you lot of things but after getting it of no use. Better go for other connection service. I disconnected it in 2 months.

in all over rourkela we have siti,hathway cable and it cost only 1100 rs for 100 mbps unlimited plan and they have really a good service ping doesn't cross 15ms no packet loss fluent speed but my friend chose to have jetspot and crying ... jetspot is good in terms of service in some areas of Bhubaneswar,, and in some areas they have decent service and price is on higher side.. Except pricing all things are good in jetspot.

They are not professional, no response on internet issue.. they cheated customer even if they are declaring in their home page that 24 hrs dedicated service but truely it is not.. many instances are there where they did not response even if at 10am

Good service throughout except during cyclone which took a while for them to recover and repair.

Speeds are nice but very unprofessional behaviour and customer service. They cut the network post even the slightest winds, then blame it on the winds. They cut the network in this manner post 4-5 days , mostly on holidays or weekend, earn money and block the customer when they call to report.

10 years in Bhubaneswar and so far the best internet service peovider. High speed internet, no downtime, Super fast and reliable Support just when you need. What else you want!

worst company with a bunch of excuse giving customer care staff. My fibre connection is not restored even after 2 months of the cyclone. ridiculous. every time i call them, they ask me to wait for 10 days.
when asked them to disconnect my connection, they say you won't get any refund.

atleast they are not taking the moral responsibility to refund my money and let me choose any other service provider.

Avoid going for this company

I am currently using the wireless plan but want to use nitro Fibre... If nitro plans are provided on monthly payment basis it would be easy to identify data usage and upgrade plan or stick to same plan in the subsequent months ..

This is just a suggestion which would be great help to customers... Hope you guys can work on that

I think you are not getting my point .. What if I figure out my current plan is not suitable for me.. So do I have to wait till my 6 months is over to upgrade ...

Am seriously satisfied with jetspot net connection. These guys are very much professional. Am really really impressed by this quality.
For example:- I belongs to Bhubaneswar. I got these connection last 7-8months back. When the internet connection is down they inform their subscribers by sending sms. When the internet is up they again sending the sms. Never face disconnection issue.
I line - "Better the any other ISP in bbsr and ctc"

Ok ok service. I guess as a customer we need more competitive market to get good service. At present service is decent not best.

High priced and the owner has a bad attitude to insult the customer by rebuking the fact that his product are highly priced. He would also go on to make fun of customer who ask him to start a new plan with lower price. With the entry of hathaway-rail tel in Bhubaneswar last month which gives excellent service at much lower price the over priced product are either going to be redundant or he company will be forced to reduce price.

Plz solve the problem now.. It's been 2 and half months... What is this????? A stupid connection. What should I do now tell me.. The fiber service was really good in the beginning, last year. Now its just average.

What a pathetic service. I have ordered for JetSpot. Already 5 days gone, no connection. Even No Email response from Customer Service. I will not recomment at all.

Best ISP in Odisha. Provides awesome plans and service when there is a network breakage. Owner listens to your grievances personally and helps you out. Staffs are friendly and help you out with any issues. Plans are pocket friendly and uptime of internet is almost 85%-90%. If one wishes hassle-free internet usage then they must use Jetspot. Though network coverage area is limited to few cities.

I am not a customer but I was looking at the reviews to find out which provider to choose. Strangely, the owner of this provider thinks all the negative reviews here are fake, unless there's a customer ID or incident ID. Rather than taking the feedback positively. What's this arrogance for Soum Jena? Don't be so money minded, you already have enough by God's grace.

This is a very important service now a day as many people are working from home... So if there is any issue the team should have the flexibility to resolve this asap... Not waiting for there working hours to get start... We don't pay to get service on your working hours.. And when the network gets disconnect and I try to reach them in working hours they give me a poor response ...and the ETA for the resolution is very late... So I need to switch to my mobile internet to work..
