Good network speed as per your plan. Less down time. Good customer support. Speed is always good for Google services like youtube.I think it is the only private Internet provider which has the lowest fare for 2Mbps Unlimited plan i.e. 999 excluding GST

The downsides are, not at all good for online gaming. So much fluctuations in ping and it is high also, making online games totally unplayable.
Sometimes there are issues from other streaming website as it doesn't utilises full bandwidth & hence makes the video quality poor.

Very much greedy for money. I got a connection of 3000 which is huge amount but had no option as needed urgently. I have to transfer it to new place for personal reason which is 500 meter from the old home. I discussed earlier and was said 1000 as regular charge is 1000 and when i tried calling customer care after 3 days as no resolution no they asking 2000 as there node is not available. Why should customer pay amount for ur node and if ur service is not available in prime location.

They are just for money not for the customer value. Donot go for it. I have hugely loss my work due these services .

Speed is as committed, mostly up time no frequent disconnections during bad weather.

Customer care is great, also available on what's app round the clock.

Hoping for a fiber connection in my area soon.

I appreciate the efforts put in bringing the system back online after a disaster as devastating as Fani. After my area's connection was restored I still didn't have a connection to the internet. But my problems were solved within a day by the support team via email which was a welcome response.
Just one valid suggestion would be to make the customer care toll free contact system functional as all the communication is being done via emails which might not be a feasible option for many customers unlike myself.
Apart from that I am just happy with the response and that my internet connection is back online.

I am using wireless connection of jetspot and internet is working sometimes very well but sometimes very pathetic. Sometimes 4G data is much faster than my connection. Whenever before and after paying the bill is good but in between connection is very bad.

I was one of the first customers of Jetspot when it started. It was one of the best services that i had used. I have two connections, one for home and one for office. But I am sad to say that over time, its service as well as quality of internet had gone down. It is no the same anymore. It keeps fluctuating like ortel used to and especially in my office where work gets stuck up because of this.
Their customer service never answers the phone and i receive an sms saying if we din not answer then kindly mail. Your representatives pick up the phone once in 10 times. It is sad to see one of the most potentially great internet services has gone down so much.
The fibre facility is also not there all over the city. My office is in Mancheswar which is an industrial area and which should have been one of the first places to get it.
Anyway, my internet is not working again=, which has happened for the 2nd time in 7 days and no one is responding on the phone. My connection ids are JS068 and JS 139. I am thinking of cancelling because of the service.

Internet outage issues are frequent. Within 2 months there has been several times when there is no internet or total outage. Definitely not an option for people who need uninterrupted internet service. Service is provided only during working hours. So if you have internet outage in evening 7 p.m don't expect internet to be back before next day afternoon.
Prior to Jetspot I had BSNL, although BSNL service is quiet poor the problems faced were very rare. Changed the rating to 1 star from 4 star.

Internet is now back on track. Thanks for extremely quick response. Increased the rating to 4star from 2stars. Will definitely increase it to 5 star upon observing good service for a longer period.

This is my review after using Jetspot Nitro Fibre Plan for the last one month. On many days the internet speed is good. But on many Sunday evenings I am observing the download speed to get very low(Less than 2 mbps while my plan is of 25mbps). Also within one month I think I have had internet outage 2-3 times atleast. Although they respond well to complaints on working days only during working hours but issues with the internet keeps happening very often. I would give it the extra star for its low and competitive pricing.

I'm a Jetspot customer from around a year now and gotta say that the service is turning worst day by day and also with slow speed complains the customer service desk people say that the speed is ok,they mean to say customers are lying and their rules suck a lot ...!!

To be honest I took up Jetspot only because it looked the better one from the few to choose from, but the whole experience has been far from pleasant. I was given a phone number by the service guy who asked me to contat him whenever i faced a problem, but there is no response even after repeated calls and texts. Secondly the quality of connection is just too poor. I was living in Pune before moving here and I used to pay 820(with GST) for a 2 mbps connection, and it was used by 2 people without any lag or buffer, I'm not kidding we both used to stream HD movies in 2 different laptops in this connection. I expected the same here but I'm not being able to stream it now even in 1 laptop. On top of that the price schemes are really bad.

Worst internet provider. They have only excuses to offer rathwr than internet service. They dont have the resources to maintain and troubleshoot the problems the customer face.
They must refund the money if they can not fix the problems.

My id is JSF114. The way you are responding, i wish you could do fix the connection so fast. I can see in other review replies where you claim the customers need to switch to 6m subscription to get the problem fixed, i do have a 6m subscription you guys are careless. I will expose you at every public forum.

The best thing about Jetspot always used to that you'd never loss connectivity.
Now, the service is riddled with disconnections, packet loss, high ping, and more, at peak times.
Two months ago, the connection was absolutely abysmal, like it is right now. It was fixed, but the disconnections and packet losses are now back.
Even worse is the fact that they'd delete any post or comment on their Facebook group that talked about disconnections. After talking to many friends, it was clear that we all had the same issues. But Jetspot support would just say "Sir you're the only one experiencing this issue." While utterly deceptive and highly unprofessional, it was also the last thing you'd expect from the once amazing customer support.
Lack of a better alternative is the only reason anyone would want to continue with Jetspot.

Having read mixed reviews on Facebook, I was a bit skeptical at first but went with the 6mbps broadband connection anyways. Now, after using it for a month, I can say that the speed was great (was around 5.6mbps most of the time) and the customer support was prompt. Would definitely recommend. Good job guys!

I got JetSpot connection in Bhubaneswar.
First of all They charge like hell, Initially I paid 3600 only for connection, I opted for 6+1 months plan and regretting now.
Secondly the internet disconnects now and then, I am in the second month of the connection and not a single day got uninterrupted internet. The biggest thing with them is they are not able to resolve any issues, just the waste of money.
Go for any other internet provider but my sincere request do not opt for JETSPOT.

Past month 4 disconnections. When complain is made, no necessary action taken. These guys call you after one day when internet is running and ask if there is any problem with the internet. Come on. Why do i pay so much when i have to experience such disconnections.

Update: I faced a disconnection of 12 hours yesterday night. Called the customer service to have no response. Forget odd hours, these guys don't pick the customer service at morning hours and when you message the support desk reply comes after a day. High time you guys need to refund for these frequent disconnections which usually happens at midnight. Shame on you Jetspot for taking so much money whilst your services are poor. Infact raising the voices with their customer service, they block your number. So DONT GO FOR JETSPOT!

initially it was good speed ,uptime ,addons, ping, service etc etc now (from 2016) speed is okey uptime is also okey but what the hell happened to the ping (fibre is not available everywhere
) They said they are not concerned about ping for non fibre users .well they deserved 5 star now its down to 3 .sorry i ll pass.I pay 3.5k for 11 hr 5 mbps and 13 hr 1 mbps .well bbsr is a smart city unfortunately all isp sucks here Monopoly Monopoly everywhere

I am an user of JetSpot for the last 4 months and I have home nitro fiber connection 1298 Rs plan in Infocity Greens Apartment. The internet was really good for the first 2 months but for the last two months the internet is unstable. Sometimes it goes to 0KBPS which hampers my work. In a single day it happens a lot which is making me frustrated and angry. I have complained many times and it seems the technical persons have no idea and no solution. Look I don't care about the money or the high speed data, I just want a stable internet and stable speed. I had given 5* but now this forced me to give 1*. Once the issue is resolved I will change the s.

Edit1: Really appreciate JetSpot team for resolving the above mentioned issues in a short span of time. I don't know what you guys did but I am not facing the issue for quite some weeks. Updated the rating to 5 .

Edit2: Super Unstable Internet is being provided by JetSpot.. I am not the only one complaining. You will be frustrated after opting for a fibre connection and spending 1300 rupees per month. Owner, Please don't say me to change the router, change the connection to FTTH, opt for a high end plan and blah blah. It's a problem at your end and you have to resolve it.

Edit 3: Everything is working as expected and not facing any issues. Customer service is top notch now. Expecting this type of service and professionalism to go on. Cheers

The whole team along with the person in-charge holding the ownership are hopeless. Most of the time the service remains break down and it requires several days and lots of energy of persuasion/follow up to get the service.

Currently the worst service providers in Bhubaneswar. May be even BSNL is better than Jetspot. The speed is never upto the mark. NEVER. The worst part is the so called Customer Care Executives are not at all trained on basic etiquettes to talk to a customer. They talk to you as if they own you. And with this they even increase their monthly plans charges while adding ZERO value to a customer.

Will not recommend this at all.

very bad service,a little rain and wind disrupts the connection completely which takes days for them to fix, that too in a connected apartment...keep giving lame reasons everytime you call them!!

Do not go based on other 5 star reviews like me....may be the service used to be good once but its very pathetic now!!!

Initially the service was good. SO I even recommended it to my fellow neighbors and friends and got them to use their service. Unfortunately the service has gone down by miles in the last 6 months. Maybe because they have too may customers now and cant sustain load. I am using nitro plan but speed is way below advertised. Multiple downtimes and poor response time over tickets have made work from home a difficult job to do.

I would suggest using on an alternate service provider for time being until owner decides to upgrade their infrastructure and service to keep up with their demand.

Screenshot attached is a random speed test I did while writing the review where I get 20mbps instead of advertised 100mbps.
