Edit: It's a month now and they have disconnected the internet. They call quickly when taking payment. My work has been put on stall and they aren't taking calls, aren't responding to tweets, aren't replying emails. Nothing. Terrible terrible service. A bunch of unprofessionals. They deserve less than 1 star. I request everyone facing the same issue to give them 1 star until the company goes down.

Edit: i have been using Jetspot after the cyclone for 6 months now and the customer support has been very active and the internet is also robust. I have edited my rating to 5 stars again.
