Very bad service.. The network goes down regularly...

Very bad service.. The network goes down regularly.. When I try to get in touch with the coustmer care, they don't respond.. This is a very important service now a day as many people are working from home... So if there is any issue the team should have the flexibility to resolve this asap... Not waiting for there working hours to get start... We don't pay to get service on your working hours.. And when the network gets disconnect and I try to reach them in working hours they give me a poor response ...and the ETA for the resolution is very late... So I need to switch to my mobile internet to work..
