Don't know how take the interviews,not giving a chance for fresher to prove themself at all

Good working environment, caring colleagues and lots of work lol..

I like atmosphere but interview to late.. actual time 9am but we can conduct 11:30am

2 months training period.in training period no salary,offer 2 months salary 10k to 12k, 2 years bond,original certificate required,nterview process 3 rounds.Company atmospher good

First round techincal java test with 25questions
Very Nice Questions they give

First 3 months training no Salary
After 3 months 10k for One year, second year hike wil be or will not be depends
2 years commitment, we should give all our original Certificates

There approximately 50 employees in this Comapany right now

I have one doubt i wrote very badly in first round still they told "your selected"
I went with my friend..He dont know one answer also for question
He also selected

Only first round for the day
After you selected first round
They will call you for next round

We live in an age of 'accountability'. This review is not a criticism as anybody can complain or condemn but it takes character and self-control to understand each situation on it's merits and background.

Hence this is an appeal to the 'conscience' and an opportunity to reflect on ourselves as to whether we as an 'organization' are 'ethical' and 'impartial' in all our business practices rather than fall prey to what we hear and see from surface and create a biased opinion .

I am sorry to bring the sad and unfortunate state of affairs of the organization to your notice through this forum but this was compelled to be necessary after exploring all communication channels of corporate governance.

Hope your 'Leadership' will set an example in providing 'Right to Information ' regarding Employee ID: V000076' and which is mandatory also as per the labor laws of the land (TELANGANA SHOPS AND ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1988).

Only by deep understanding of issues and taking a principled stand, can any individual or an organization develop the capability to build trust and handle sensitive issues.

Worst company , i never and ever seen they don't no how to do the interview and do not what they want in interview.

They will take only fresher's like either after btech peoples and before( less than two years) that batch peoples only.

It is the best place for freshers. It provides services to clients like developing softwares using new technologies on various domains like health care, medical and financial.

One of the worst IT company they treat you like you are a slave while you are interviewing to themself they didnt tell you the basic req what the want...First of all they dont know. how to treat...One of the worst I have wasted my time and wait for 3 and 4 hrs for an interview...!! Go to another companys for interview who are hiring giving you salaries at the time of trainning...!!

Don't waste your time by going to an interview in this company. Process is worst. After completing all rounds, the package they offer comes not even close to the expected salary(i.e 50%) which we will mention at the beginning of interview process. I had wasted 3 weeks of my precious time by attending several rounds in this company. Experience candidates please, stay Away from this company.

company looks good but salary provided is not standard as the way it looks. Very less salary is offered.

Don't waste time for going this company interview . Company looks good and interview process is bad. They call for interview and take interview but they will not give proper response either selected or not? worst hr team...

Private software company located in the 7th floor of Krishe Sapphire business center complex.

such a worest company i went oor the interview they took 3 technical rounds and one hr round after that i have selected in the interview they again conducted the interview and rejected me worset fellows dont go to this interview for this company i wasted 4 days
