There has always been issue of disconnection and loss of network. A little rain, and it's gone. Even now when I am typing this, I am using my data pack since the Jetspot WiFi is not working. Every other day I have to dial up for the issue. Even after is many emails to support and talking to executives, no permanent solution for this has been found.
