Jetspot customer service is very unprofessional. Post cyclone Fani, it's been 2 and half months they have not restored the connection yet. I was using this connection for almost 2 years (JSF517), but they do not care about their customers anymore. For making the connection they are demanding me to pay 6 months plan, then they will only do the connection or else not. I would suggest anyone to think seriously before taking their new connection.
