I checked internet pricing by edmunds, other internet sources and two acura delaers. Then I called them and spoke to John and his manager Blake. We negotiated the price with a trade in. Once I arrived, the Acura RDX was ready. I signed the papers and left home. Next day I called them and asked to keep the same deal without trade in (My sister want it). After some discussions, they reversed the whole contract and re did the contract again and kept the same price. The finance Guy was not very happy but my sales team worked hard to make it happen. I think I had a excellent deal with them. I Strongly recommend to Jenkin Acura to anyone who is looking for good deal with excellent customer service and warm welcoming staff.

This dealership is one for the books in my opinion...

This dealership is one for the books in my opinion. It was time for service on my RDX. So due to the time I get home in the wee hours of the night, I filled out the information online at their website. When the day came for my appointment I headed over to Ocala and pulled into the driveway and was greeted in the usual welcome format I get every time I visit. Service Manager Bobby Craft got me all the paperwork for the write-up and I was soon laying in the lounge area listening to my headphones. Inadvertently, I was awakened by Cindy Duckett who informed me that my RDX was ready! I was sooo comfortable in the chair they have that I fell asleep---or I was a bit more tired than I thought. In any case, when I checked my watch to see how much time had passed, it was only a 45-minute wait!! I couldn't believe that it was that short of a wait but no complaints! When my wife took her car into her dealership(BMW)she was there for a wheel alignment and tire replacement(1 tire mind you)and her total time there was over 4 hours!!! I think that the letters BMW stand for BIG MOTHER--- WAIT. When I told her how short my wait was, she says, "I need to come to THAT dealership!" I guess time will tell if she decides to trade up or not.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra. Sonny was my sales person. This was one of the best sales experiences I have ever had.
Sonny was professional, friendly and personable. He took me on a test drive with 2 like cars. I fell in love with a 2015 champagne colored Nissan Sentra. The sales process was timely and efficient, somehow they were able to get me a deal with no down payment and car payments the same as I was paying for my 2009 ford focus.
I am very excited and pleased with my new purchase and the entire sales and service experience

Jenkins Acura provides the most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson Willy, went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were meet in the type of vehicle. The internet sales manager (Timmy) was awesome in helping to close our deal. The finance department was easy to deal with and just the whole experience overall was top notch! I will always return to and refer my friends to Jenkins Acura in Ocala! I can t say enough positives about our experience. Best dealer in Ocala!

Went to various lots to find a car that was reasonable, and was met with exceptional service at the Jenkins office in Ocala!

Not only found an amazing car, but met the employees there that will go the extra mile to make sure you get the best bang for your buck, and more.

Truly uncanny, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for affordable offers.
Amy, Charlie, and Daniel all were amazing, and helped me find the perfect vehicle not only for my needs, but my wants!!!

Ron was awesomely exceptional. I was looking for a new car as my lease was ending and wanted an SUV. Of ocourse the first thing that caught my eye was a MDX!..Also out of my budget. Ron worked hard and tirelssly with me to find me an SUV that did fit my budget (have a wedding to plan with my daughter:) After SEVERAL test drives Ron and the team found me a beautiful RDX that not only fit my budget but I fell in love with. The features (technology package) were exciting but the best part is, it was the color I wanted with the heated leather seats in the right color too. I am in love with my purchase, I am enjoying driving again, and can not say thank you enough to Ron and the whole Acura team that I worked with.
Mr. Jenkins, you have a team to be proud of.

My wife & I purchased a Dodge Journey from Renee in Used Car area. She was wonderful!! All the staff were very pleasant and great to talk to! We didn't know at first if it was possible to get a vehicle but.. with the the help of the Finance guy we left a couple of hours later with the vehicle. I went here to buy a car and it was a nightmare. The young man who sold me the SUV was nice and friendly but it stopped there. First the financial management tried to bully me, wrong person to try that on, then I got so mad I spoke with the manager and sent the SUV back. Do not go here.

Great service, received car on time. Took an internet coupon for a discount oil coupon too. Could have requested a free loaner but wasn t in a hurry. Limited selection of goodies due to Covid. The touch screen Starbucks machine was very nice. No bagels, pout. Wish they had a practice putting green there.

This review has more to do with service than the actual dealership. The service department is horrible. Robert should not be working in customer service period. Took my car in to be worked on because the water pump went bad. Was told it would be ready Monday never got an update until late Tuesday. Got a call Thursday afternoon telling me the car was ready but my windshield whipper was broken and I would need to replace it. I informed them that I had just replaced it a couple months ago and was told oh well it broke. Looked at it when I picked up the car and an actual piece of it was missing. No one even seemed to care when it was brought to their attention. I think it s ridiculous that I pick up a car with something broken when I m paying to have the car worked on!

A special shout-out to Bobby Craft in the service dept. I (misguidedly) had my car battery replaced at a quick stop joint. They messed up my dashboard (clock, blue tooth, radio, CD - the works) and acted clueless about it. BUT Bobby hopped right on it - got the re-set code - and had me back in business in less than 5 minutes - in the middle of a pandemic! Thank you Bobby, you really are the best. Lila Ivey

We have very recently moved from NC to The Village...

We have very recently moved from NC to The Villages in Fl and needed to have one of the systems checked on our 2017 RDX, which we loved. As soon as we pulled into the service dept Bobby greeted us, took our info and showed us the coffee bar and doughnut array. While we were having a cup of coffee Karl came over to chat with us about our RDX and if we were pleased with it. We have been from day one, but had had a brief conversation about a new RDX. Next thing we are driving down I 75 trying out all the new features on a 2020 RDX. From there we went to discuss terms and were pleased enough to be driving our new 2020 RDX and could not have had a better experience. Cindy, the service manager, Karl our sales person, Steve the sales manager and Charlie in finance were fabulous.
If you are thinking about a new car you owe it to yourself to go to Jenkins Acura.

Cancelled our gap, extended warranty and maintenance agreement in January 2016. Have been waiting months (now end of August) for refund. Every time we inquire another excuse; this time the wife went in to see the finance manager who told her "we have no evidence of you cancelling them" and if that was not enough he told her "you only bought an 5 year / 20,000 mile extended warranty and maintenance agreement not a 5 year / 60,000 mile"! Who does that?

Mike our service guy is excellent. He carefully documented our issues and with the help of the technician advised us of options/cost/timeline. He provided us with a loaner and our vehicle was fixed sooner than anticipated as parts arrived quickly and also thanks to the skill of the technician. All this was performed before hurriance Irma rolled in. The service team is capable, friendly and beats expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I would give a 10 star if they allowed it. Hands down #1 Best place I have ever bought a car from. The customer service was above and beyond my expectation. I put in application online and then was immediately contacted by Juan Martell Ross. Juan was with me every step of the way he was up front and honest as I was with him. Once I got their i was introduced to Steve O'John who worked his magic and worked with banks and keeping my car payment in my budget with a low down payment. I got to pick my car i wanted this time not be forced into something i wasn't happy with. I will definitely be back for future businesses. Thank you Gentle Men for going above and beyond and getting me into my brand new 2018 toyota corolla. :)

Very helpful and friendly. Corrected the problem and did not pad the work request. They also explained when the future wear items should be addressed rather than just doing them now. I appreciate having an honest evaluation of work to be performed and the timing of it. I trust the advice I am given at this dealership.

My experience at Jenkins was amazing!! I had the pleasure of working with David Ditty and it made my car buying experience easy and fun. He was the perfect salesman, he informed me without pushing me and he really did everything to make sure I was satisfied. I loved how realistic and honest he was, which is so hard to find in a salesman. I ended up buying a brand new 2020 Acura RDX because the price was unbeatable at Jenkins. Dissatisfied isn't even the word. Apparently no one who works there is on the same page. I drove all the way from Gainesville on a deal that couldn't ever be achieved. Was also promised gas for traveling. So conveniently their tank was out of unleaded and it was suggested I come back the following day. Are you kidding me? I blame my bad experience on Juan and Art.

I actually enjoyed buying my 2017 MDX - Technology at Jenkins Acura. I was so pleased with the experience (sales price, trade-in value and service department) I purchased a second 2017 MDX a week later. I felt that Steven O' John was partnering with me to match the car I liked with the price within my budget. All the crew at Jenkins Acura are personable and professional. Steven (Sales), Mark (Management), Hux (Finance), Charlie (Finance), Bobbie and Cindy (Service Department) were easy to work with and treated my wife and I like friends. Over the past few years I have purchased four MDX's from Jenkins. Each car buying experiences were excellent. Fantastic sales and service group. Jenkins is the dealership you should try first when thinking about buying an Acura. Oh, by the way - the 2017 MDX (Technology) is awesome!

I love my Acura - it's far and away the best, most reliable car I have ever owned - and yet, I think I might love the service at Jenkins Acura even more than I love the car. Bobby, Joel, and the team are conscientious, honest, quick, and professional. I remember my parents telling me when I was a kid that you need three things when you grow up: a good doctor, a plumber you can trust, and a person who will be honest and fair about servicing and repairing your vehicle. Happy to say I have found one of those three must-haves in these awesome folks!

I had a relatively poor experience with Jenkins Ac...

I had a relatively poor experience with Jenkins Acura. I had worked out a verbal price on a used car, received the offer in writing, and thought that I had a deal in place. I was working with a young salesman named Willy, who has apparently just started. After I thought we had a deal in place, he advised me that I would have to use Jenkins' financing or my price would go up by $1,000. This felt like a bait and switch and unethical conduct. After I protested that he hadn't mentioned/required this as part of his offer, nor put this in writing to me (in the price sheet offer), he told me that it was my fault for not reading the fine print on the website. I had not viewed Jenkins' website, nor been directed to do so at any point during the negotiation. Willy had been fairly responsive and helpful to that point, so this maneuver at the end was either a major mistake from lack of training or a grossly unethical move. I spoke with Shawn Nichols, one of the managers, who apologized for this behavior, but claimed his salesman had our deal structured using Jenkins' financing. I found this perplexing because I had mentioned several times that I already had financing secured at Campus USA. Further, Mr. Nichols continued to state that the deal that was offered was "still great" despite this issue. Thus, I felt that the poor/mistaken conduct wasn't really being addressed and that my time had been wasted. Please be careful when you negotiate with Jenkins Acura as they want you to use their financing because they get a commission back from whichever bank that you use through them. "Willy" may not have meant to be dishonest, but his handling of this situation was poor. Further, his shifting of blame to me, when he needed to communicate any requirements and failed to do so, was really unprofessional.

Finally, if you present an offer in writing, make no additional requirements (like the type of financing that I must choose), and then you pull this offer after you realize that you may not make as much money as you assumed, you are not living up to your part of the bargain. Shawn, the manager, was unwilling to back up their original offer, which I had in writing, unless I accepted their financing. He should have stood by the original offer, accepted a small amount of financial pain (due to Willy's mistake), and apologized.

And, as a follow up, although Jenkins Acura replied to this review that they'd call me to discuss this situation, they have never called. Please be careful when doing business with them.

I will never purchase another vehicle from Acura Jenkins ocala, you spend a large amount of money and purchase the extra warranties yet some how nothing is covered. They don t want to help, they want you to spend money on things that should be covered. This service department is a Joke!!

Jenkins Acura has been servicing my vehicle for over 14 years. My first vehicle was a 2000 Acura TL and it had over 300,000 miles on it before I purchased another vehicle and I credit Jenkins Acura for there awesome expertise on maintenance and repair.
Customer service is like no other, Bob has been assisting me most of those years and he's super awesome, nice and honest. He's the greatest.

Don t waste your hard earned money and time with them, your car needs to be serviced the right way. I have put markings on the oil filter to verify if they are really going to replace it. And to my disappointment they did not, and I was charge for it. Jenkins Acura claimed that they always change the oil and filter. But now I don t know how long they have been doing this to us or to other costumers. I ask Cindy Duckett for a refund and she did give the money back but ask me to never go back to their shop again .
See attachment for the before and after photo of the filter, take a look at the markings. They just cleaned the filter to make it look new.

We entered Jenkins Acura for the first time 11/4/15 to the smell of fresh made popcorn! This is an amazing dealership full of caring people and very willing to help a prospective buyer. Like most people we went to see the dealership and 'just' ask some questions. We already knew we wanted to buy an Acura RDX, but had no intention of actually driving it home yesterday. We worked with Sean Nichols, one of their top salesmen, and after driving a certified preowned Kono Coffee brown one, we were sold. There was no pressure to buy yesterday, but when Sean and the finance team laid out our options to get out of our Ford lease, we decided it was the perfect day to buy our car. Everyone in the dealership came by to congratulate us and we even met Robbi Peace, their Service Manager. This whole experience was pure pleasure, warm and friendly people, very knowledgeable about their vehicles and more than willing to walk you through the whole process. We've bought cars for many, many years, but never have we felt more like a family member than just a buyer. They could not have been nicer or more supportive and we drove home extremely happy in our new car. Whether or not you intend to buy the day you visit Jenkins Acura, you must stop by to meet them and talk about what you are looking for. They met and far exceeded our expectations and we left knowing we are part of the Acura family now and they will always be there to assist us and our vehicle. If there was a way to give Sean more than the stars above, he certainly earned a lot more, and so does this dealership. We can't wait until a few years pass so we can go back and get another one!!! Thanks to every member of the dealership team for this truly is a team effort with every customer. Great job!
