Wonderful service department. Fast courteous and through. Waiting is very comfortable with all the amenities Service personnel are professional and easy to work with. I have never been disappointed, all the work on my car has been more than satisfactory.
We had a pleasant and friendly experience at Jenkins Acura. Karl de Jean was polite and at the same time very professional. We are completely satisfied with the car that we got; very enjoyable ride and a beautiful car.

We recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Karl at Jenkins Acura. He made the whole process enjoyable and I will not buy from anywhere else ever again. His calm demeanor makes a nerve wracking decision feel relaxed. The finance department went over and above as well to ensure that we got the best rate. The service department is outstanding as well. Any time we need anything done, we are treated respectfully and get timely appointments. I just can t say enough good things about this dealership.

Talk about unprofessional. My boyfriend came into jenkins acura pre approved from our credit union to buy a vehicle. He got his heart set on a vehicle there and as he is signing the papers he heard a manager/employee arguing with a customer that had only had a car for 14 day and was having problems with it. That night he came home with no vehicle and we looked up the blue book. He was being over charged for the car. Due to these reasons he chose go back to Jenkins Hyundai to buy the vehicle knowing they can move cars between all Jenkins lots and he would be able to buy a car feeling reassured he made the right choice and wasn't getting screwed while doing so. When he showed up to hyundai he was told to ride with the salesman back to Jenkins Acura to pick up the car and bring it back to purchase. The Hyundai salesman walked into Acura to get the car and the salesman/manager came stomping outside telling my boyfriend that if he was buying the car it would be from there and if not he's not getting the car. He let him know he would not be purchasing the car there he was purchasing it at Hyundai. The employee then stomped off so childish like saying nope your not getting the car, I'm not giving you the car. To sum it up, in that moment Jenkins lost a sale and Palm Chevy gained one. I am pleased to recommend Jenkins Acura of Ocala and my salesman Tyler Wildman to anyone looking to buy an Acura vehicle. It took several test drives and multiple questions before I was satisfied in making a decision to purchase an RDX with selected upgrades. Tyler and his colleagues were patient, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the sales and delivery process.

I assisted my mother her first vehicle purchase, ever. We worked with Karl at Jenkins Acura. We are happy with the deal ($), which was largely handled over the phone as Jenkins serviced the trade-in vehicle, so they knew what they were getting. Even more important than the $$$s, Karl is extremely knowledgeable about the product line (legacy and new vehicles). He patiently talked Mom through everything that has changed between her 2016 and 2018 vehicles (center console touch screen interfaces were some of the bigger changes for Mom) and got her excited about all of the new features. Me and my fiance were traveling from Orlando to Tallahassee when the "check charging system" indicator went off with the red battery symbol. As we are driving on i75 unprepared for this we Google what the indicator meant and all reviews showed high probability that the vehicle would die before we reached our destination OR make it back to Orlando. We quickly searched for the closest acura dealership and found Jenkins acura. We showed up at 1pm with no appointment (on a Saturday) and a look of desperation on our eyes. We explained the situation to Cindy Duckett who was our service advisor. She immediately showed compassion for our situation (we were traveling to tally for his grandmothers 90th birthday celebration). She was completely honest with us from the start. Turns out the alternator was shot and had to be replaced. Luckily they had the part in stock and the service technician, Chad Reinert, agreed to work us in to his already very busy schedule. They even went above and beyond and worked on our car while the engine was super hot in order to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We waited probably 1 1/2 for everything (which is unheard of with a walk in service appointment). We can not express enough gratitude to Jenkins acura more specifically to Cindy and Chad for their understanding and diligence. If I lived a lot closer I would make this my service dealership. Again thank you Cindy Duckett (service advisor) and Chad Reinert (technician) for everything! If you need service go see Cindy!!
I called on the spur of the moment about a battery issue. Bobby was terrific and all was resolved in a couple of hours. Great customer service.
This review is for their Sales team ONLY. We like the service department. We advised sales team member of our budget. He shows us cars but never tells us the prices even though we asked on numerous occasions. It appears to be a secret too because it s not on the cars either. You have to go to their website but most of the cars say call first. He showed us cars that look outside our budget but he asked us if he could do a super duper deal if we d buy that day. This lucrative offer turned out to be almost 2 times our budget. If you have time to waste while in Ocala and want some donuts, popcorn and soda then go there . I would not recommend buying there. If you want cheaper Acuras check in Orlando. Most of all, know your prices before you shop. He didn t even want to tell us the Acura s certified cars percentage rate. We eventually saw it on a show room window. Everything s a secret when you ask. Shh...
I really didn't have any complaints with the dealership but after leasing a new 2017 RDX I was told that it did not come with a spare tire, jack or remote start.Three things that I could have gotten as standard equipment on a new Honda.for considerably less money. I was then asked if wanted to purchase a spare tire kit for close to $500.00 Very sleazy and deceptive..The Honda also had the new updated NAV system that Acura didn't. Guess I'll switch back to Honda after my lease expires.
Hands down the best service I have experienced. I purchase a new car every 1 to 2 years and Jenkins far surpasses the competition.
A waste of time... went here in regards to a Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash quote... The manager called to see when I would be in, told them, then I was running late and they texted me back a couple hours later and I said I would be there shortly... when I got there ran they were pleasant and got the manager for me... who then said she was busy but had one of the other people run to get the used car manager... the that person came back, he said the used car manager said he wasn't interested in buying any more vehicles as they were already full... of course all this takes time and I understand that you are using a third party, sometimes they don't know but in this situation the manager emailed, called and texted me... if it wasn't something feasible then why waste both our time?
It's peace of mind when Bobby takes care of me to get my Acura TSX in for service, my vehicle always seems to perform better when I get it back. I also felt they took covid 19 precautions seriously for the safety of customers and their employees. I sure did miss not having a donut lol. Thank you Acura for all you do!!
Excellent dealership, the desk person followed me to the parking lot as I was planning to leave (place very busy). She took the details of the SUV I was looking for, and they had exactly what I wanted on hand. She turned me over the the sales rep (Juan Martell) a delightful young man who was completely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. We did a test drive and he was kind and helpful as I learned how to use all the features that come with the vehicle. They put a deal together and hooked me up with Steven in finance who quickly finished the paper work. I drove home in my new SUV. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an efficient and friendly business.
Horrible, the worst car buying experience. Had my new car for a few days, had some issues with the car took it to see if I could get fixed send me to a whole different dealership wich they couldn't help me either. On top of that while in the process of getting the car fixed they called me back to resign paper work saying they messed up this an this. Decided I wasn't resigning anything an if that was the case i was taking the car back an demanded my 2500 down deposite down payment an what I get a thank you come again so beware of this nasty dealership ppl an some of the staff are nasty scumbags like them. If I could rate a 0 I would.
Service mgr. met me outside as soon as I pulled into the service area. Gave him the notice for service (lease) and he asked me if there was anything else. Told him the radio didn't sound as good as my previous car. He then adjusted it to the best clarity.
He was both pleasant and courteous. Service was performed quickly.

Dealership called me and emailed me even when I made no contact with them. Was given to them by third party. No matter how many times I gently implied I had no aproval for a vehicle they would refute and argue and make me repeat it all over. I am sure they sell great products hence why I didn't give them 1 star which was deserved

I went to Jenkins Acura for a fairly complex repair (i.e. front driver bearing going bad). Cindy Duckett, the Service Manager, was courteous, professional and needlesstosay fantastic and the garage did a fantastic job with repairing my car. I was very happy with how well my car performed during the 400 mile trip I took just a few days later. Its like driving a new car again. The way I was treated by Cindy and the staff I would definitly recommend Jenkins Acura. Nice Job!!!

What a wonderful group at Jenkins Acura. This is our 2nd Accura and one of the best thinks about coming over here are the people. Tony Vitale and Mark McArdle are always helpful in sales. Prior to purchasing an Accura, I always thought purchasing a car was a battle of the minds settling on a price. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Jenkins Acura and both times it was easy. I came in with a price that I had researched and felt that was a fair price and Jenkin's matched the price both times. I don't want to forget, Bobbie, in maintenance service. What a great job he does, getting your cars serviced. I can't imagine buying a car any where else.
When you think of Acura you think, top of the line right? I know I do. First, I have to say that buying a new car is no longer something I will avoid and put off for as long as possible because I do not want to deal with rude and pushy sales people. Every person who I worked with was amazing! Almost too good to be true!
My experiece started via email with Sherry Erhardt who responded immedately and answered every question that I had about the 2014 RDX. She could not have been more pleasant! When I came in to finalize everything I got to meet Sean Nichols who is absolutely amazing! He was professional and the nicest family guy. My husband, my daughters and I just loved him. I also got to meet Rob Everett who was also a professional and great person. I hope you never change the way you do things at Jenkins Acura because you are all top of the line!
The next day I was back to emailing, this time with Art Schneider. It is like you all know how important a beloved Mother is to a daughter and you did a great job working with me to handle everything for her. We are coming up this weekend to pick up her new 2014 RDX which will hopefully lead to yet another great review.

Karl spent over an hour helping me access my Acura lined web site and enabled me to get reinstated my 6 months free trial to use my remote auto start even though it had expired some time ago.. Had the best experience at Jenkins Acura! They gave me exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. 3 weeks ago my car got totaled in an unfortunate accident with a deer. Being a single mom I didn't have a lot down. Danielle totally listened to me and what my needs were and were able to get me approved for the car I really wanted in 5 minutes!
