Jeannie P. Mucklestone is honestly the best! I was referred to her by a family friend, who also had a speeding infraction and had it dismissed. I was shocked and skeptical by how easy she made everything sound, but I decided to take a chance! I sent my ticket to Jeannie, followed her steps, and she took care of the rest. All I had to do was contact Jeannie, submit payment, information and she took care of the rest. She was prompt in her email follow up to provide answers to my questions. I didn't have to attend the hearing. She wrote me right after my scheduled hearing to notify me of the dismissal. So somehow I ended up in carpool one day on the way to work and came across an HOV infraction. I get to work and informed someone that my driving record is horrible and there is no point in even trying to fight it because last time I did that, the judge didn't even want to hear my case which I thought was pretty good, solely because of my driving record. Jeannie provided the ideal experience for dealing with a speeding ticket. I told her my situation, she told me to send her the information regarding the ticket via email and I provided her my court date when it arrived. Other than that, I never had to think about it again until I got an email confirming that the ticket had been dismissed. No stress, no hassle, it just went away. I paid her $350 to get me off for a $166 dollar ticket for speeding 11 mph over the speed limit. She successfully got it off my record and kept it from going on my insurance. The ticket was also reduced to $136. Over all I'm thankful that my insurance wont rise. But in the end I paid over $500 for this ticket when in the beginning it was not actually that expensive of a ticket. It will take almost a year of paying my insurance for this to even pay its self off. I don't think I will ever use her services again. If I cant be guaranteed that I can get out of it, I really don't want to even risk it or waste the money. The process was fairly easy, we just emailed back and forth and she appeared for me in court. I'm just disapointed in the overall outcome.
