Jeannie was very prompt in responding and answering any questions/concerns I had in regards to my carpool infraction. I know it may seem a bit absurd that I used her for a carpool infraction; but being that I have a clean driving record and I didn t want to go through the hassle of taking off work and going to court I decided to use her services. In addition to being prompt she was also very professional and nice. If needed I will definitely use her services again. Thank you so much Jeannie for getting my carpool infraction dismissed!
