She was professional, helpful, and lives up to her reputation that I heard about from friends and colleagues. If you get a ticket, I highly recommend you give it to Jeannie to handle. She handled two of my citations. The amount I will save on insurance and keeping a good driving record is worth the cost in comparison. They were on top of everything the whole process.

I called to ask some questions and you could tell Jeanine did not want to give me the time of day. She came across as someone who strictly cares about money. No customer service persona; purely transactional..if that works for you go for it. Would not recommend in such sensitive matters. A little humanity goes a long way in this business.

I had two speeding tickets (several years between and each one for going over 35mph :\ so don't judge me!), and have come to Jeannie both times. The first time, she had the ticket changed to a non-moving violation and the second one dismissed all together! I am so grateful and would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their ticket. Hopefully I won't get any more, but if I do get another ticket, I will be back!

Was a bit different as this case had been postponed 6 times due to covid court issues but they kept up with it and knocked it out.

Speeding Ticket Violation--

I wish I could give 10 stars! I made it to 29 years old never got a ticket then when I wasn t paying attention I got a ticket for 10 MPH over while merging. Jeannie went to court for me I didn t have to attend and then the court date was pushed back another month I thought this was going to be a hassle. In my experience, Jeannie Mucklestone is the best attorney in Seattle for helping you deal with traffic offenses. Period. Full Stop. A friend recommended Jeannie more than a dozen years ago when I got a speeding ticket I didn't think I deserved. I paid her fee and she took care of the rest. Jeannie Mucklestone is an AMAZING attorney. BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I got a speeding ticket for $200 and some change. Long story short, I could not afford to have anything else go on my driving record and affect my auto insurance. My good friend Mason who owns and insurance brokerage referred me to Jeannie and said she's literally the best in the industry. Paid Jeannie through her website a few hundred dollars.
