Don't buy any flat from them. They are just a cheater. They used our money for making their and politician's assets.
Amrapli group is basically construction company..they build ..residential and commercial projects.

cheater, who don't reply once they cheat you, trying to contact for last 3 years, but no use, employee working was also having cheater DNA, lairs, please, dont trust them ever, I am on the verge of loosing my all hard earned money. MAY GOD PUNISH THEM WITH HARSHER PUNISHMENT, WHAT THEY HAVE GIVEN TO US FOR NO MISTAKES OF OURS.

Firtly one star is too much for this group. Now I want to start. I booked a flat in December 2015 and if you visit that place, it's the same as it was at the time of booking. If you even walk to there office, it's locked out. No one is there to interact with you, not even a security guard. They are busy in making commercial property since it will going to give them a hefty amount and they are least concerned about non-commercial one. Just a suggestion, if you still haven't invested in there property just stay away from it. Rest, you are clever enough.

It was the worst mistake of my life to book a flat with Amrapali in their Adarsh Awas Yojna o po. They had taken money as per their terms and not even the digging work has started till date. Firstly, no one attends the calls and if you visit their site office then, they don't have any replies. On asking to quit from the project, they are not even paying the money back. Government and regulators are all puppets in their hand.

the thugs supported by authorities. they gulped all hard earned money and have not yet delivered the flat. the cheats and crooks have many tentacles like agents, authorities etc who are prying to catch innocent buyers and playing with their dreams!! they wil all go to hell..

I suggest not to book any flat. I booked in 2011 but after 6year only on floor slab completed.i have paid more than 60% payment . As per construction progress our next generation can not take over the flat. We are working for Amrapali not for family/children.we are paying home loan instalment only. Life is painful painful & painful.

Worst builders with no sense of responsibility. Colony is not at all dog friendly and also people are very cruel towards animals and stray dogs. Worst locality to live in. If you are an animal lover plz dont but home here.

If you want to through out your money pls go ahead with Amrapali group. They are most incompetent people looting money of home buyers. As of now Mr Anil Sharma MD of group is under judicial custody and their CFO who was pretending memory loss have regained his memory after thrashed by court. Thankfully court has turned out as saviour for buyers. I trust above info is more than sufficient to decide.
I have purchased the flat in amrapali golf home in 2010. I have paid 100%. Didn't get the possession till now. No construction update from amrapali group. EVEN they didn't pick the phone. Worst experience with amrapali group. N one more thing that any one getting penalty from amrapali group for delay possession.
One of the worst builders in India, Booked my flat in 2013 on Verona Heights project and paid around 60% but construction is stand still as on 2017 Aug, No progress at all. Stay away from these cheaters. Dont even worth of one star awful company to deal with.
Pathetic, don't ever go for Amarpali group. ..it's useless and fraud .....it been more than 2 years we are waiting for our house and paid all the money. ....

Incompetent area, unkind residents, horrible place to live in, residents are dangerous a mob actually gathered and started attacking an old woman for feeding dogs in the area
Had purchased two flats from this horrendous builder still not got possession of either. Anil Sharma is living a lavish life by cheating on thousands of people, his daughters had lavish marriages covered by national media, attended by MS Dhoni and many others. Check out the profiles of one of his daughters on facebook and see how they are enjoying the money stolen from us!!! Each one of their family members should pay for this with their lives

I am among the thousands of unfortunate people who trusted this rogue company. From personal experience I can tell you that it s an organisation of despicable crooks: cheating is an integral part of this company s DNA. You would have to trawl the gutters of low life for miles after endless miles to find a diseased mind like Anil Sharma. He is a hardened criminal, completely shameless and brazen who built a fortune of filthy lucre from wholescale cheating. No one should rest until this man and his criminal family has fully recompensed every investor with penal interest.
A compete fraud company. Have booked a flat in amrapali awas yojna. Two phase of the are even not approved still sold by the builder. they even made government backs to approve these projects for load. It all a nexus. never go for any project from amrapali, not even ready to move coz even if you get the flat the construction quality will be pathatic. dont want to give even a single star but cannot submit a review with it hence forcefully have to give 1 star
Very bad builder.. Booked a flat in 2013.. still struggling for possession. Almost 30000 flats pending for possession and builder has no clue to come over it.

Poor construction quality and speed. Delivery of project delayed a lot(1-3 years).
Never ever go for Amrapali Group. They will never deliver flat. If by any chance they did then quality will be worse.
Worst experience. Got the possession of incomplete flats without completion certificate 3 years back. Tilll now no intention of amrapali to finish the pending works.
