All I had to do was contact Jeannie, submit payment, information and she took care of the rest. She was prompt in her email follow up to provide answers to my questions. I didn't have to attend the hearing. She wrote me right after my scheduled hearing to notify me of the dismissal. I would definitely recommend Jeannie to anyone and use her again (but hopefully I won't have to!)
