As much as we believe in having our kids live with the consequences of their actions, we didn't want a speeding ticket on our daughter's record. Jeannie and her staff are responsive and gave very clear instructions about how to proceed. Our daughter's record remains clear and for that we are most appreciative. p.s. our daughter paid the fee, so hopefully, lesson learned.
