Great gym. Big, clean, good trainers, good price. Provides discounted rates for several local big corporations.

Only 1 squat rack but overall a well equipped and clean gym. Grunting and hard work allowed

I m a wedding coordinator who had a wedding here. This is an ideal place for a unforgettable wedding. All of our guests were impressed by the romantic ambiance here and the service here. Highly recommend!!!

Great facility with nice, friendly staff. Offers a variety of classes at all times of the day. Clean and spacious. The parking situation is the only item that is not ideal - one can always find parking, but the parking garage seems not optimally designed.

A very nice, modern facility. I haven't explored the whole place yet, but what I have seen it's great.

I joined mostly to use the gym and pool. The pool is better than the ones at any other health club I've toured -- six Lanes and rarely crowded. It's outdoors but heated, so I don't yet know what it will be like in the winter. There's also a big indoor pool for kids, with a slide and other water features.

The gym has a huge number and variety of cardio machines. All the usual kinds of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, plus rowing machines and "arm bikes". There's also a decent selection of strength training machines and lots of free weights, TRX's, balls, mats, etc.

The locker rooms are a bit small if lots of folks are changing at once, but otherwise nice. They provide towels, and the lockers have electronic locks on them so you don't have to bring your own. There are 4-5 places where you can dry your hair, put on makeup, or whatever. There are ~8 shower stalls (one handicapped), a sauna, and a stream room.

There's no synagogue. Calling this a JCC is a bit misleading unless the JC stands for someone else.

Wonderful classes and instructors and excellent facilities for the price. Best family gym in the Bay Area.

I love the variety of classes. There's a sauna and steam room and swimming pool. There's lockers to out your things. Just make sure you keep an eye on your things as I heard of people losing things. Receptionists could at least greet clients.

There is one of the best playgrounds for kids inside

Staff is excellent always friendly an helpful, building an facilities are spot less staff is team that works together, members are all very nice an makes You feel welcome all they allow is 5 stars but I would give 10 stars. From time I am greeted at front gate Till say bye leaving always a pleasure coming to JCC.

Guys at the front desk were not friendly at all. Sales person wasn't interested in selling us memberships and did a quick facilities tour almost silently. Outdoor pool is nice, lockers and showers are nice and clean, gym is equipped with modern stuff. But anyway, this place is overpriced.

I love this place! An awesome facility and even better staff. I would highly recommend James Ward for training sessions.

We just use the pool -- great for children! Warm and clean water. Their family locker room is also very comfortable to use -- except for some times when it's VERY crowded.

They signed me up for membership.
once i decided to cancel it, they said you will be charged for 1 month which i was never informed. when i contacted them regarding, this guy who acts very polite keeps saying that it is our policy.

i explained for him that such policies should be verbally explained to customers and not like "oh it was on such and such form." no one reads through the forms but seems like he does not want to hear his customers. to be perfectly honest, to me this is kind of a scam.

why should i not be able to cancel at anytime anyways? it is not a real estate that would remain empty for a month.

absolutely dint enjoy the way they approached. i hope they decide to change their behavior otherwise they will piss other people off too.

I was seriously badly treated when attempting to try the gym they give a 3-day pass to try the gym but even though I registered online I wasn't on the system; the salesperson wasn't working on Thanksgiving, and the man on the registry upon not finding me in the system instead of trying showing more understanding and perhaps finding a solution, seems like he assumed I was there for wrong reasons when maybe it was a mistake in their system. Any way, he made me feel so very uncomfortable and almost humiliated me in from of others by elevating his voice when it wasn't necessary. In a nutshell, he was awefully rude and unhelpful. This man has blue eyes and is in his late 30rs or early 40s.

We love this facility. My son and I swim apx 2-3 weekly. The pool is perfect for little ones because it is mostly waist high on them and heated. They also reduce the chlorine content by using salt. The gym is nice too as are the locker rooms. There is a family room, a boys locker room, girls locker room and then Men and Women's locker rooms (separate) include steam and dry sauna. Also children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the adult locker rooms. They have so many classes to choose from, massage, childcare, special events and a great playground. I also love their little cafe. Parking is secure and easy.

If you're serious about your workouts. This IS NOT a place for you.

I was a member for 8 month and I loved it. It's the cleanest fitnesstudio I've ever been to:) It's so nice. The classes were fun, the people were nice although a lot of older people over 40. There were TVs on each equipment. The outdoor pool was great and never crowded. They had security. Great front desk service. I loved the steambath! The lockers were for free and you didn't need a lock to close it. Just enter a code. They had free big towels, free shampoo, conditioner, shavingcreme, lotion, mouthrinse, qtips etc:). I found out I love cardio kickboxing and they only had it 2 times a week which wasn't enough for me so I went to a cardio kickbox studio. But I can recommend the JCC. It has everything I wanted in a fitnessstudio.

Even though membership is prepaid, they require a 30 day cancellation notice. You might reasonably think you can cancel your membership at any time during the month you already paid for, but you will be surprised to find that you also have to pay for the next month.

The indoor children's pool is nice.

What a great facility! Our kids go to camp here each summer and can't get enough.

This place delivers amazing value given the price. I would have never though to get a gym membership here and would have looked towards traditional gyms had a friend not recommended it to me. For $70 something a month you get access to a big enough gym for your average person, access to all of the classes at no additional cost, Wifi at ~20-30mbs for those of us who stream things while working out, and a clean facility. There is even a valet service that comes with your membership albeit I have never used it. Stop by for a tour because the only downside I can think of is the OK pool outside.

It's a holistic place of health, art, music and more with a great nurturing facility and environment.

We enrolled only for the swimming classes for children but every enrollment time has been a nightmare. The admin team handles the files very bad , they forgot to send me a notification that members registrations started and my daughter lost her place ! But they dont care you need to accommodate their mistakes due to the high demand

If you are Israeli especially if you moved from Israel recently, this is an incredible place to start and enter the community. There are tons of youth programs, Israeli artiststs and preformers, and community events. And many, many people speak Hebrew, too!Highly recommended!!

Don't go here. The prices are too expensive and security are racist.. I'm canceling my membership &You can't find parking anywhere

I cancelled my gym membership at OFJCC over 3 years ago. Now they are texting me once a week to get me to rejoin. I have requested three times that they stop with the spam texts but the texts keep coming. Crazy, crazy behavior for a gym. If someone needs a gym membership, they'll find you. Has anyone ever responded positively to a spam text from a gym? Hard to imagine so.

The JCC has a nice space with a nice facility. The cafe is nice with great service and the gym has top of the line equipment. The trainers there are always helpful as well.

Clean, well looked after. Has a new sports field on top of part of the car park. The chessboard is in the shaded space near the field.

the JCC stands for Jewish community center, my parents used work here they stopped becuase we got busy not CAUSE off the jcc itself. there isnt really kosher food but there is sushi sometime and snacks at the cafe the playground and pool is really nice. Its mainly reformed jews that go there. but for big events there sometimes is rabbi's and kosher food stands (hint my parents run the kosher food stands) But i really love the jcc my sister had her batmitzvah there and my other sister too! i genuienly love this place.

b) Locker rooms are So so much more cleaner than other clubs - there's cleaning personnel all the time, in the locker rooms

c) Steam room with eucalyptus oil

d) Indoor pool with water slides and features and child-friendly depth

e) Small towels for working out

f) Media electronics at treadmills/ellipticals are outstanding

g) Body lotion, conditioners, deodorant, hair spray, etc in women's locker room makes it more convenient to shower and get ready

h) Optional locker rental and laundry

i) Children's Books, play areas outside the Cove

j) Excellent book choices and play equipment inside the Cove

k) Weight Loss classes and the variety of small classes

l) Caliber and qualifications of trainers - most have degrees related to field

m) Locker rooms have electronic locks so that locks are not necessary

n) The caliber of Children's swim classes

o) Customer service orientation of staff

p) Food and drink availability for purchase

q) New member and annual specials

r) Rewards program

s) Close proximity to my work

t) Kind attitude vs arrogant attitude of trainers

Limited parking. If you attend an event, be prepared to find the parking full, and good luck finding street parking in mountain view...
