once i decided to cancel it, they said you will be charged for 1 month which i was never informed. when i contacted them regarding, this guy who acts very polite keeps saying that it is our policy.

i explained for him that such policies should be verbally explained to customers and not like "oh it was on such and such form." no one reads through the forms but seems like he does not want to hear his customers. to be perfectly honest, to me this is kind of a scam.

why should i not be able to cancel at anytime anyways? it is not a real estate that would remain empty for a month.

absolutely dint enjoy the way they approached. i hope they decide to change their behavior otherwise they will piss other people off too.
