Bought two suits Boss here for a decent price. The salesperson convinced me they fit great and that they can be adjusted if it felt tight. Salesperson never showed up again for the alterations or pickup.

After they made simple alterations, I took it to my tailor to do a couple bigger adjustments. The tailor told me they were too small for me and had no fabric left to adjust. No refund.

Colleagues had many other stories about the service here.

I went here the other day with a friend from work. Must have been atleast 10 staff members or more in the building. As soon as we walked in the first employee at the front looked up from his phone and then just went back to looking at most likely his selfies on Instagram. Four more employees in the back were huddled around a monitor looking at something while we stood there with not a single employee who made eye contact with us or even asked if we needed help. I guess the at this location won t bother to help you unless you look rich. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff matched by quality products....cant go wrong.

Andrew is my go to specialist when it comes to all of my suiting and casual wear. Great selection, service and customer experience; exactly what you expect to come from a luxury brand like Harry Rosen.

Sales people are knowledgeable. There are 2 floors of clothing to choose from.

These suits have been over-priced for years. I don't know why people continue to shop at this place! Honestly, you would get a better deal if you hired a tailor in Thailand then had the suit shipped over to Canada. Stop this stupid vanity shopping at Harry Rosen, it's just silly!

I've only been here once (and a half), but Vincent was a great help in choosing the right suit. Very professional in all mannerisms, and an excellent tailor with good taste. Would recommend.

First time at this location, and I didn't realize how much more convenient it would be than the Yorkville store. Renee provided quality service and helped make a hectic week more manageable. Will definitely be a return customer.

Suits can be overpriced at Harry Rosen but the quality is awesome.

Bought 4 custom suits. Looked nice and fit well, but did not last at all. Wore them each once a week and after a year the material in 2 of them had worn/thinned out and the stitching around the pockets and in weird non-stressed places down the pant leg came undone. Now after year 2 the remaining two suits are also toast for the same reasons. Disappointing considering I went in looking for 4 nice suits for "daily wear" and paid up for something nice that I was told would last a long time.

The HR store in FCP is big, but not as big as the one on Bloor. You get the individual service that one would expect at a Harry Rosen store. Due to the location, the clothing here is more tailored to the business wear.

Nice higher end menswear shop. Excellent selection of suits, sports coats and similar business attire and accessories.
Selection of designer do change somewhat regularly (every few years) but they also keep well known labels all the time. Sadly this location has too big a area devoted to overrated Hugo Boss.
Staff is friendly and professional. Not pushy but helpful.
This location is a little light on casual clothing, due to being in financial district, but often has a nice selection. If you want casual clothing you can take a quick walk to the location in the Eaton Center.

I've dealt at Harry Rosen for over 30 years, but this was my first time at this location. I had excellent service from Brandon with many great recommendations to meet my needs. He even altered my pants, same day, with the tailor off for the day and they were perfect. As a side note, I contacted their head office to search for a person that had sold me my first suit 33 years ago in London Ontario and I had developed a relationship over the years. They recognized the original store, long closed and pointed me in the direction of Brandon, as my contact was on leave. I'm in the customer service industry and I can tell you, this is why Harry Rosen has done so well over the years. It is a relationship business and they always give me material to teach my employees that this is how customer service is done.

I had a great experience at Harry Rosen. Andrew Lee was of excellent help and service. Quick, helpful and very approachable person. He also answer all my questions, provided tips for me on wears and knew his stuff. Thanks Andrew, and have a great one!

My parents had a amazing shopping experience at this location with Yabo.
Miss Teng provided the excellent customer service with kindness, patience and great knowledge. My parents don t speak English very well, they feel very comfortable with someone who can speak fluent mandarin.
My mom is always picky when shopping with my dad, but this young lady apparently conquered her with expertise:). We will definitely come back again!!

Jenn Rodriquez is a knowledgeable and attentive sales person. She has a great sense of style. She listens and is patient. She has been my sales person for over 15 years. Great service. Great products .

Amazing and helpful staff, the gentleman who assisted me gave actual and proper advice re: color coordination, style. He made shopping easy for me, he greeted me and helped me the entire time. I would have been completely lost but he really provided excellent customer service which is everything, especially when you're in new terrain. (i.e. shopping menswear as a total novice) Definitely I recommend this as a place to go for menswear in the PATH. It was a very good experience and I'm happy with my purchases. Thanks!

I have been coming to this location for close to a year and purchased 4 suits and a few pairs of dress shoes.

Ralph Palermo has decades of knowledge and with his impeccable taste he is always happy to provide honest feedback. He is very accommodating and works with you on what you like and what would look good on you. I am extremely pleased to see that he always goes above and beyond in trying to help you.

I had a great experience with a fitting for a sport jacket here at Harry Rosen, particularly with sales associate Yabo Teng. Ms. Teng is very sharp and knowledgeable but never pushy. She took the time to find me several options in my size (which is not an easy one to shop for) and didn't hesitate to offer constructive criticism. I will definitely look forward to working with Ms. Teng again in the future.

Stewart and Fernando provided impeccable service and attention to detail for my partner's wedding suit. They made him welcome and comfortable all while giving customized service and advice and are a big part of our special day. We'll be back!
