I had a problem with one of the downlighters fitted in my kitchen 18 months ago.I had lost contact with the installer and had no receipts for the downlighters I contacted JCC customer service to explain my predicament and try to claim under the 10 year warranty. They told me to fill in the online claim form, which I did and I received a replacement unit within 3 days. Excellent customer service and I am delighted with the products!

Being an electrician and fitting many many Jcc Led 6 s I am disgusted by the companies poor customer service. Despite the lights having a ten year guarantee ( a major selling point) I have had to change hundreds of faulty fittings at great exspense to myself and embarrassment. I have to find invoices from three years ago and show these before I can get any replacements which is time consuming and annoying . I used to be a great fan of Jcc but would now not touch any of their products with a barge pole and I am not the only electrician that feels like this!!

Not only the fact that lights we have installed on a prestige job have failed, but now find the unit obsolete for good measure inside 3 years. Fed up with being made to look bad by companies such as JCC.

bought nine kitchen spot lights and which had a two year warranty which was then extended to ten years ,as i understand it ,started having problems where they started to fail one by one only to be told by my supplier they have been removed from sale as they had a problem, so good luck with yours, mine were LED6 DRIVER. Customer Service said as a gesture of good will we will replace ,which they have done ,four as they were failing ,one at a time and now saying any further failed units will have to be paid for ,and guess what they are replacing with the same ones that are failing ,had to tick one star to be able to post these comments.

Just had to replace another two sealed downlighter...

Just had to replace another two sealed downlighter units on top of two that had been replaced under warranty previously. I am now substituting all of the installed units with Leyton cans and GU10 bulbs from My Green Lighting. These are exactly the same cut-out and bezel size and a fraction of the cost.

Totally agree with Peter Whittle and am facing the same problems. Shocking after sales services. Items less than 4 years old with 10 year guarantees failing. Cannot get replacements unless have receipts and warranty section can not be reached by phone only email. Looks like will have to replace all my JCC lights using a different manufacturer.

JCC used to have good customer service but now their professional dedicated warranty office worm out of any claim they can. When 6 out of 20 fittings failed, there is clearly a design fault so I expect to be able to return the whole lot so I can buy 20 matching fittings from another manufacturer. I m paying the labour to replace their failed fittings - no apology or contribution from JCC. In another incident, JCC hid behind their 3 days to report shortfalls policy when they clearly put the wrong products in 8 boxes. This is how they treat a commercial customer who has been buying hundreds of their lights each year.

I've had numerous JCC led fittings all of which are substandard in terms of longevity. LED10 spots failed one by one - flickering issues, emergency lighting JC23203's failed - flickering issues. JCC's party trick is to then discontinue the product and try to wriggle out of warranty claims. Will not buy a JCC product again and will be telling other installers to avoid like the plague also.

Terrible customer service stopped replying to emails , don t waste your money . Downlights supposed to have 10 year guarantee and 6 have failed after 3 years . All lights are from a recognised faulty batch number .

We installed some 25 downlighters and early on one after another began to flicker and had to be replaced. The company are now refusing to pay for replacements although they have given a list of faulty batch numbers and the ones that have failed are on that list. Disgraceful!
