We just closed on our refinance and could not be happier with the process. If you want someone who is kind and gets things done, quickly and efficiently, we can't recommend Karen Ross enough. We went through Karen for our original home purchase and she really left a great impression on us. When we saw that mortgages rates were historically low, we knew we wanted to give her the first shot at our refinance. We did our due diligence by shopping around and she had the best terms available, hands down. We started this process July 6th, submitted a few documents, and it's already done! No online/local places were able to close in less than a month (most were longer) and certainly not with the terms Karen was able to get us. We really liked her assistant Tara as well-she was very sweet and responded right away to our emails! I would never use this company again! They put what they want on your application. The company refuses to change thing that are incorrect on your application such as race income marital status. And the only way you qualify for them to help you is if you get the mortgage terms they want. I asked for a 10-year mortgage and ended up with a 15 year mortgage they refuse to give me the numbers.

When I spoke to my Relator Jeff Biddle with Rocky Mountain Reality, he gave me a list of lenders. He told me that Vern with Advantage was pretty solid. To say the least, our loan process was difficult and had to be worked on daily for over 30 days due to the nature of my business and being a business owner. So here is where this review gets interesting. I called Vern and was able to reach him on his cell phone. This man was straight forward on the documents that would be required and what these underwriters were going to need. Vern had assigned his assistant Karlee to the case and assured me that she would get everything handled. And then it began! Karlee spoke to me everyday ( I am sure that she did not want to do this) however, our communication was superb! In business, and in this Carona BS its simply unheard of to get good customer service!!! I have 23 employees and used Karlee as an example in our staff meeting because I believe every customer in every industry should be treated as my wife and I have been. Karlee submitted over 1900 documents in our loan process and even called me from her vacation to touch base with me. In the end, Karlee and Vern made our loan happen. It was very frustrating and at times we wanted to give up. Karlee assured me that this loan was going to happen and not to stress. I feel like we made friends with Karlee and Vern as we have worked together for this long time frame. Its even nice to hear someone telling you to calm down and chill! Karlee saw our loan through and was in attendance in our closing!! Huge Thanks to this company!! I have worked with at least 5 other lenders and never have had such a wonderful, successful experience! I recommend this firm 110% and would ask you to trust them EVEN if you feel helpless, just do what they ask and do it promptly so they can get the job done!!! Thanks Guys

Incompetent and unreliable as a company.
The process went smoothly except for the fact that I submitted an application and the broker only wanted to communicate via text and email and call me via phone when he had already run my credit and gotten an (incorrect) loan amount. Turned out he hadn t even read the entire application. My consent was asked for via text, and I had replied that I still had questions but the broker had already run my credit before even replying to me. Not only this, but I was told that he would need 2019 and 2018 tax returns and I ended up paying my taxes early due to misinformation, when my previous returns would have worked just fine. I did get some cooperation from them on attempts to remove from my credit however- all three bureaus still have this inquiry on my credit as of today regardless of any efforts on my or their behalf. So-I don t recommend this company.
