I had a problem with one of the downlighters fitted in my kitchen 18 months ago.I had lost contact with the installer and had no receipts for the downlighters I contacted JCC customer service to explain my predicament and try to claim under the 10 year warranty. They told me to fill in the online claim form, which I did and I received a replacement unit within 3 days. Excellent customer service and I am delighted with the products!
