Mid tenn did not do what they sell me. And when I try to contact them, they dodge me likes they owned me money. Do business with some else,.

I called Mid-Tenn Exteriors and Jason came out and gave an inspection to my roof. I trusted him and Mid-Tenn. They did not let me down. Got my roof replaced because of Jason's efforts with my insurance company. He even came out while the work was being done and was cleaning up to make sure my dogs were'nt walking on nails. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mid-Tenn Exteriors inspected the roof for storm damage and determined that there was cause for a claim. They were professional and thorough in explaining the entire process. They met with the insurance adjuster onsite and handled coordination from start to finish. Very pleased with the process and quality of work!

Had a wonderful experience with Jeff Suter and Midd Tenn Exteriors. This was my first roof replacement and they definitely set the bar high. Jeff walked me through the whole process explaining everything in full detail aswell as answering any questions I had. The only thing I had to do was set up the claim and after that they completely took over and handled everything. Mid Tenn Exteriors did a fabulous job on our roof! They worked with our insurance company and came out to meet with the adjuster to get our roof replacement approved through the insurance. They were on time every time they said they were going to be here, they did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up when they were finished. We highly recommend Mid Tenn!

Patrick Gilcher is extremely professional. He helped with our insurance company and met with the claims specialist to make the entire process painless for us. Their friendly and polite crew had our old roof removed, new roof applied, and my property cleaned in about 8 hours. Extremely pleased with Mid-Tenn Exteriors.

I did not call Mid-Tenn Exteriors to look at my roof. They were in the neighborhood looking at houses because of the recent storm and knocked on my door. I knew that I had to replace my roof but was dreading the prospect of finding someone to do the work. We talked for a while and they went up on my roof and inspected the roof. JR and Jeff were easy to work with and made me feel comfortable having the work done. They met the insurance inspector when he came out and took care of everything. I am very skeptical when it comes to finding people to get work since I am new to the area. They were on time and were very professional. They cleaned up everything when finished and did a great job. We wanted to add a sunroom to our retirement home, and chose a Better Living model for its style and cost effectiveness. It's been only 4 months since the room was completed, but we have been quite pleased with how it came out.

Our first roof replacement. Mid-Tenn handled everything, including the insurance co, which was many hours, emails and phone calls in itself. Very high quality shingles, warranty, and staff. Our roof is beautiful and we have already had many compliments, which led to more business for Mid-Tenn. Such an honest and exceptional company. After quite a few storms in my area, an associate of mid Tenn exteriors contacted me about my roof. He was Patrick Gilcher. He offered to look at my roof. Good thing- I was glad. My roof had experienced a lot of damage that I was unaware of. He was very helpful. He had me call insurance and an adjuster met him here.he was able to get my roof replaced plus new gutters. ( I had no idea) he also had Shane - the sunroom expert to call insurance and meet and I will be getting a new sunroom roof also. They were great. They have been very professional and upfront with it all. Everything was put in the contract and I knew exactly what to expect. I would recommend mid Tenn exteriors to others.

Mid-Tenn Exteriors worked with us to replace our hail damaged roof and completed some interior work as well!

We were very pleased with the exceptional service they provided from the initial inspection of our roof, and they handled everything with our insurance company! I had no idea it would be so easy to have our damaged roof replaced so effortlessly. The crew that came out also cleaned up really well as the process moved along.

Also, If you ever need to remove an old window Air Conditioner from a hole in your wall and replace with a window, I would HIGHLY recommend you contact Mid-Tenn Exteriors! Gosh, the job they did was so awesome! I love looking out of these two windows!!
